Well better latter than never right ?
Well this year I was not able to get something ready for celebrate Dragon-year
so I've decided to celebrate it in same time than paw-Day !
And who better than our favorite draggy ever, our teasy Dragon-King Toothless
and his sneaky beloved Queen Mist always here for "fix" what
he "missed" if you see what I mean~~
So yeah I've decided to celebrate Paw-Day and Dragon-Year in one same unic
draw, but this project took more time thanwhat I had in mind at first because I've
decided at the last moment to add a Background to it !
It's my first real "complex" background ever and because it was
very ambitious it took me a hell to do and I can assureyou than I've realy struggled
at make it the best possible >x< !!
I'm maybe in late but I realy realy wanted to give my best quality ever by even
using a new kind of shading than took me a hell before start to handle ! However I
think the result is far more pleasant than what I exepetd from me ^w^ !
It was loong, hard and tricky but I was able to do it so now you all can enjoy a
good view on our beloved night-fury's BIIIIIG squishy scaly soles and it seem you
all are not the "once" to be "tempted" there....
Poor toothless didn't thought his sneaky queen was not so far and she decided
to give him some "special treat" (its Dragon's Year too after all isn't it ?)
He didn't saw it come and passed from "Teasy King" to "Giggly-King"
but its not for unpleas his public there gehehehe...
Anyway I'm very happy and proud to can FINALY give you all something to look at after so long !
Well, Happy Dragon-year's Paw-Day mina-san ! I hope the looong wait worthed it >//x//<.....
See you soon for other projects and funny-stuff than will come in futur and thanks for your patience èw</ !!
NOW I'll can FINALY focus on some other projects I was forced to [i]"delay" for can focus

Toothless is my fav draggy ever so its always fun to draw him and Mist in teasy scene or just get the treat theyr biiiig soles desserve ~~

I know I said it already but I will say it again because it's sooooooo GOOOD!!! OwO
I like that the more you zoom in, the more details you will notice in the background, because it's so detailed! Making multi-layered BGs - such as this one - can surely be challenging, especially because it's difficult to separate the layers from each other in a way that it gives this feeling of distance, but you nailed it perfectly in my opinion!
This new shading technique you used here is also really good, it makes a nice transition between cartoony/comic look and realistic look, and it fits perfectly with your drawing style. And as always, the characters' expression is super lovelyyyy X3 I can't get enough of Toothless' *blep* face hehe
And maaan those big, squishy, wrinkly footsies surely deserve some good tickling!! (And yeah apparently Mist has taken the opportunity to do exactly that X3)

But thanks forcyour kind words, this bg was indeed pretty hard to get good and as you said separate the layer for give a distance feeling is very challenging but I think I've managed to do it ^w^ ! I wanted add details but not with too much them for it not overcharge the picture, that too I hope I have nail it !
Well yeah the shading technic was pretty hard but fun to use and as yiu sais it nail good to my usual coloring style ^w^ ! I'm happy to have found something more "complex" I can use with my style :3 , will use it again in futur for very soecial draws like this ! Hooo this face of Toothless is just the best X3 I couldn't do more teasy with him than this "Bleh" face X3...and of course Mist needed to get the same expression but for a different reason );3...
Gehehe Big squishy soles are my weackness, I can't resist to make them wrinkly to exageration especialy on soft scaly soles like Toothless 's there~~ It make them look so ticklish and soft, just enough for pull your fingers inside the wrinkles curves and as you have see Mist couldn't resist herself to tease her king and rack her fingers at his squkshy soles ! Plus...he proposed a long soft feather, it was the "teqse of too much" for our female than just jumped at her male before grabs this feather and rub it agains those sensitive soles sneakily ~~ Now our proud alpha is just a giggly cutie draggy at the mercy of his queen X3...under the amuzed look of his sons and daughter, young draggies know how ticklish theyr father is and often profit of thks for force his hands on some "freedom" rules X3......its the price to pay when you ahve a sneaky female and cutie kids in yiur big draggy familly ;p...
And yeah scale shaining was the little "plus" I enjoyed to do and than gave a very soecial touch to the whole pic so thanks bro, thanks for all the kind words about this pic ^w^ ! Its definitivly my best piece so far and it promise a lot for the futur, I'll keep doing my best for all my futur work trust me bro ^w^ !!!

I mean, he was teasing. So he was basically asking for it. Plus, it's year of the Dragon, AND a paw day pic. So it's a perfect way to celebrate. Such a win, win, win. ^u^

Given that it's the Year of the Dragon, any day can be Dragon's Paw Day and with Toothless, any day is perfect for showing off his cute feet, and given that he was teasing a little here, getting them rightfully tickled. As always wonderful to see Toothless depicted as adorably as ever with your artwork, and always well worth the wait to see another piece from you.

I absolutely ADORE how Toothless’s paws are drawn here! The plump balls, the wrinkles along the arches, and the wiggling toes go so well together. The feather between his toes is also a really nice touch, along with his teasing expression. I’d tickle those cute feet all day 💙
