Shinso sighed as he waited in the hallway. He still wasn't sure about this. He really didn't like using his Quirk this way... then again, the girls seemed particularly distraught when they came to him. As stoic as he was, he just couldn't say no to a pair of pretty eyes filled with tears.
At that moment, his target rounded the corner. Mineta looked downcast, no doubt depressed over his detention. Well if the little pervert didn't want to get in trouble, he should learn to keep his hands to himself.
"Lousy zero-tolerance rules," the grape-themed hero muttered to himself. "If a US president can do it, why can't I?"
Shinso cringed. Alright, never mind. The bastard deserved it.
"Oi, Mineta." The purple-headed boy looked up, seeing Shinso leaning against the wall with his hands in his pockets. "I want a word."
The colour drained from Mineta's face. He immediately recognised the baggy-eyed student from the joint training session, but more importantly he recognised what he was up to. Without answering, Mineta turned and began to walk away.
"Hey." Shinso took a step forward and Mineta quickened his pace. "I said hey!" Mineta sped up before he burst into a run. Shinso furrowed his brow. He briefly considered giving chase, after all Mineta wouldn't get far with those tiny legs... but he had a better idea.
"The girls want you to come to their rooms."
Mineta froze at the end of the hall. Shinso frowned. No way could it be that easy.
"Oh do they now?" Mineta turned to Shinso with the sleaziest smile he'd ever seen, right before it fell into a blank thousand-yard stare. It was that easy.
* * * * *
"Guys, I don't know if this is such a good idea."
Uraraka looked up. Asui was looking at her, frowning as the other girls were getting things ready.
"Isn't this kind of..." the frog girl carefully considered her words before speaking. "...mean?"
"Maybe a little," the gravity heroine admitted, looking at the lacy underthings they had prepared. "But we've tried everything else. Asking, telling, bargaining, threatening..."
"Yeah!" Ashido rolled over, sat in a swivel chair with a make-up palette in one hand and an array of brushes in the other. "Besides, Tsu, it's not as if we're doing anything permanent to him."
"Still," Asui pressed a finger to her chin, eyebrows drawn together in concern. "This doesn't seem very heroic..."
"Aw, lighten up!" a hovering blouse chimed in, looking up from inspecting an array of shoes. "It's just a bit of harmless fun!"
Beside her, the vice class representative had her shirt raised, abdomen aglow. "The others are right, Tsu," Yaoyorozu said, though she couldn't help but raise an eyebrow as she held up the twin fleshy orbs she just created. "Though isn't this going a little TOO far?"
"Who cares?" Jiro's voice snapped from the other side of the room, the long-eared girl scowling as she rummaged through her jewellery box. "The little freak deserves whatever happens to him!"
Uraraka watched as a vein bulged on Jiro's forehead, but dared not sat a word. It was understandable Jiro was so emotional about this. After all, she was the one who Mineta grabbed.
Asui's frown deepened. "But still..."
Their discussion was interrupted by a knock at the door. "I got it!" Uraraka said as she hurried over, and upon answering saw two boys on the other side.
"Oh, Shinso!" She greeted with a smile, while Shinso simply nodded in response. She looked down at Mineta and waved a hand past his vacant eyes. "I take it everything went according to plan?"
"Uh huh," the indigo-haired boy said. "He'll do anything you tell him to for the next twenty-four hours."
Uraraka's smile widened into a grin, and she suddenly gave the sullen general student a hug. "You're the best! Thank you so much!"
Shinso froze, face red as Uraraka rubbed her cheek against his. He'd never gotten a hug from a girl before, and was so flustered he barely registered her speaking.
"You want to stay and see the results?"
"Huh?" He blinked as if snapping out of his own Quirk, looking up to see Mineta already stripping naked. He couldn't help but cringe. "Uh, thanks, but I've got places to be."
"Aw, okay." Uraraka pouted as she let him go. She looked at Mineta, who was taking a seat on the chair Ashido had been using, then turned back to Shinso. "Well, thanks agai-"
But he was already gone.
"Uraraka!" Jiro's voice caught her attention as the other girls were crowding around their grape-headed victim. "Hurry up, you're gonna miss all the fun!"
"I'm still not sure about this," Asui said, despite the hairbrush in her hands.
"Don't take this from me now, Tsu!" Jiro shot back. "We all agreed he needs to be taught a lesson!"
"But-"
"Think of it this way, Tsu," Yaoyorozu spoke up. "Has Mineta acted very heroic?"
"Well, no, not really..."
"The entire reason he's here is to learn how to act more like a hero, right?" Ashido added, readying her brushes. "Like Mr. Aizawa, a little tough love is needed sometimes."
"...I guess so..."
Jiro smirked as she turned her attention back to Mineta. "Besides, don't you wanna pay him back too?"
Asui took a moment to remember the all-too-familiar sensation of uninvited hands on her chest and a comment about her "unexpected" softness.
A smile slowly crept onto her lips. "...well girls, what do you think about pigtails?"
A selection of grins was her answer, and as one the six girls descended like vultures. In a flurry of fabrics and cosmetics, glue was applied, clasps were clipped, zips were drawn, straps were buckled, until they finally stood back to admire their work.
"Perfect."

Mineta woke with a start. What the heck was that? His head felt like it was full of cotton wool, and his vision was foggy like waking from a dream. The last he remembered was answering Shinso's-
Shinso! Of course, now he remembered, he fell for that jerk's trap! Mineta was about to hop to his feet and go find the baggy-eyed bastard, when it clicked what was in front of him.
It was a mirror. But what made Mineta's jaw drop was his reflection.
Staring back at him was himself, his school uniform replaced by a dress, the kind that was more like a skin-tight tube of fabric that covered him from chest to hips. The colour perfectly matched his hair, a dark purple that inspired his hero name Grape Juice. His small feet were squeezed into a pair of strappy sandals, heels raised even higher than the platforms already adding to his short height. They matched the dress, as did the nail polish and eyeshadow he now wore, with the latter complimented by mascara-coated eyelashes. His legs, already devoid of hair beforehand yet even smoother now, were wrapped in nylon hosiery. Purple, of course, though more of a pinkish shade than the deep violet of the rest of his outfit. Even his hair had been altered, the grape-like balls that formed his Quirk now linked into two chains that fell down either side of his head. In essence, replacing his faux-"curly hair" for pseudo-pigtails. A gold bangle on each wrist and a gold hoop hanging from each ear completed the ensemble.
Oh, aside form the stonking huge boobs attached to his chest.
"Wh... what the HELL!?" he screeched, immediately jumping to his feet... and nearly falling right back over, both from the platform heels and the added chest-weight. Yet he managed to find his balance after flailing for a bit, and with a sigh of relief he looked down.
"This... this can't be...!" His hands hesitantly cupped his breasts; fake. He breathed a sigh of relief. "Sheesh... they're huge. I think these are even bigger than Yaoyorozu's, and that's saying something." He felt a bit of drool form in the corner of his mouth at the idea of Yaoyorozu... heck, of ANY of the girls in his class sporting a pair like these. He shook his head, feeling his makeshift twintails swish with each movement. No, none of that right now! He had to get out of his clothes before anyone saw him!
Before he could even reach for the zipper on his dress, a whistle caught his attention. Looking up, he saw a photo hovering in the air.
A photo of him, dressed as he was, in a VERY provocative pose.
If Mineta was thinking straight, he might have realised what invisible hands might allow the photograph to hang in the air the way it was. Unfortunately, all sense had left him by this point, and he lunged straight for it.
"Gimme that!" he yelled, as the photo jumped away from his grasping fingers. Instead, his false bosom pulled him forward, and he hit the floor like a particularly buxom bird failing to fly.
The photo waved from side to side, as if taunting the crossdressed hero, before it slipped out into the hall. With a growl, Mineta clambered to his feet in a manner akin to a baby deer standing for the first time, and gave chase.
"Wait!"
* * * * *
"Whoa..."
The boys of Class 1-A save Midoriya, Bakugo and Todoroki stood in the dorm's common room. All their attention on one of the far walls, or rather what was pinned to the wall.
Photos. Dozens of them, enough to practically hide the board behind it. And every single one showed the same person, all prettied up, striking a variety of poses.
"Yeesh," Kaminari plucked one off the wall, inspecting it. "I had no idea Mineta was like this."
Sero just smirked. "Honestly, with the way he acts, I'm surprised he's JUST a crossdresser! I expected him to be into WAY weirder stuff!"
"Hrm..." Tokoyamai's beak formed as close to a frown as he could, and shook his head. "But to parade such a display on school grounds... reprehensible."
"Au contraire, mon ami!" Aoyama smiled that flashy smile of his. "I think it's très magnifique that he would share this side of himself with us!"
As the group took in their classmate's apparent hobby, Ojiro perked up. "Hey... you guys hear something?"
As if on cue, the common room door swung open.
* * * * *
"Get back here!"
Mineta clomped after the floating picture, teetering on the platform heels. In an attempt to maintain his balance, he held his arms in to limit the jiggle of his chest, hands hovering near his shoulders, and kicked his high-heeled feet behind him with every step. It did the job, he hadn't fallen again yet... but it did unwittingly give him an exaggeratedly feminine gait.
No matter how fast or slow he moved, however, the photo always seemed to be just out of reach, dancing away from his fingers with every attempt. If he could just reach out a BIT farther, or move a LITTLE faster...!
An unseen force opened a door Mineta hadn't noticed before him, and the photo hurled itself into the next room and fluttered out of the sky. Mineta saw his chance, and he snatched it before it came alive again.
"Ha! Yes, got you!"
He grinned in triumph, at least until he looked up and saw ten pairs of eyes all on him. He noticed the photographs lining the wall behind them, all similar to the one he currently held in his purple-nailed fingers. He slowly looked down at himself, then back to his classmates, suddenly feeling like a fish on the end of a hook.
"Uh..." he mumbled, gulping. "I can explain?"
* * * * *
"That was great!" Ashido squealed as a set of clothes arose and filled themselves out, before she wrapped her arms around the unseen wearer. "You were awesome, Hagakure!"
"Eheh, thanks!" The invisible girl giggled and returned her friend's hug. "It was tough, he moved faster than I thought he would in those heels!"
Jiro grinned and cupped her hands around one ear, hearing Mineta's pleas being drowned out by a chorus of laughter. "Haha, nice! Everything went exactly to plan!"
Yaoyarozu sighed and shook her head. "It's a shame it had to come to this. Here's hoping Mineta learns his lesson going forward."
With that, the girls began to make their way back to their rooms, aside from one. Asui stopped and looked back. "Ochako, you coming? Ribbit."
"Hm?" Uraraka looked up and smiled. "Sure, just give me a minute, I'll catch up!"
Asui shrugged, but she did as she was told. Now alone, she held her phone up to the crack in the door. Getting the perfect angle of the prettied up pervert, the phone let out an almost unheard click.
"And... save." Uraraka grinned, before she flipped her phone shut and hurried off.
