As is tradition on Memorial Day, my father, brother and I went to several cemeteries in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area to pay respects to our relations and my brother wanted to stop at cemetery that doesn't have any relations to us so that we could see this grave marker in person.

A horrible tragedy was the Titanic... So many lost their lives that on that horrible night... I hope their spirits are at peace.
Many of the Spirits of the Crew and The Passangers still haunt the Artifacts brought up from the Titanic, but: they aren't hostile hauntings as the Spirits are curious about us and don't Realize that they've Passed on to the Afterlife.
My great grandfather worked on her and was offered tickets. He turned them down, wisely.

Indeed. But his body was found floating several days later and his belongings on his person were used to identify him. His body was sent back to Milwaukee, Wisconsin for burial.
So his family was one of the lucky ones in that regard. Not that that’s much comfort under the circumstances.
Correct. His wife and daughter survived the sinking as you can see.
Yeah, I find myself wondering how Catherine dealt with her grief over her remaining eight years. And how Harriette fared in the twenty-nine years since her father’s passing.
