that was a steam side thing, the 3-4 countries they recently added were supposed to have been blocked with all the rest of them, they just missed them the first time around for whatever reason. Arrowhead CEO sounds like he's trying to get all that undone, looks like its more of a sony vs steam thing at this point.

o, didn't know they were actually blocked from playing, i thought it was just blocked from purchase. I was under the impression it was more of a those who had bought it already were good, just no one else could buy it at the moment. didnt think that kind of thing was supposed to even happen till the psn deadline, before they canned it.
For now it’s blocked for purchase and not clear what Sony gonna do next. But anyways I’m not going to play as an act of protest because my friends from Europe and not only cannot play in this. So fuck Sony

If you already had it on steam before psn stupidity, you can still play it. However, if you are in the 170 or so countries that aren’t part of PSN, and either don’t buy it before the sudden new requirement, or refunded it during the requirement, you are unable to buy it again, due to the shit Sony did.
