This is probably one of my favorite takes on digigrade footwear I've seen so far.
Cool gun buddy, so where’s the trigger at, and the trigger discipline? Looks like you’re just cycling a round with the hand that should be on the trigger at all times. It’s like when people pump a shotgun to be intimidating when all they’re doing is ejecting another shell.
the trigger is hidden by the right hand. yeah would be better to rearrange stuff better and go through all the details but I skipped that part indulging myself with a sketchy nature of this piece and the fact that weapons are rarely my focus of art
He's confident, and the image sells it well. Hands and conveyed motion in general look accurate to how you'd do it in real life. Characters don't always have to be doing things optimally in images; people rarely act optimally.
