The dialogue is more likely referencing Crave Saga which is the game that both of these characters are featured in (It's a gay sex gacha game, for the most part, and Othukimi has done some characters for the game. It's Similar to Another Eidos if you've heard of that, but not a tower defense game). The sex they are referring to is related to their sex scene from that game.
