Character's diaper can be either clean, wet or messy. If you want multiple alts, then the standard rate of alternate versions apply.
Expression can be changed to whatever you'd like! Same with the changing mat.
Character can be clothed or topless, your choice.
The diaper on the side can have whatever pattern you'd like. It can also be swapped for a balled up full one if you prefer.
