Okay FA besties don't go crazy, it's merely cartoon nudity for the sake of understanding his form, as well as for others who wish to make outfits for him.
I realize the note might not be as clear as I had wished, if he's wearing an outfit where his boobs might be visible in some manner, you'd still just draw him with boobs.
