I don't see him being loyal to Singer any more, seeing how he ran off and left him to his fate.
And away springs Singer - with his tail literally between his legs.
Never noticed (or knew) he had such an interesting pattern on his back - almost looks like he's wearing some kind of uniform.
And the tilt of his head as he shoves off still makes me wonder if he's not looking for/expecting help in the very near term.

Is it possible Singer is actually a hybrid, part coyote?
It would fit with his name, his coloration, and bold personality. In some frames his build and features seem a little lighter than average for the other wolves too.

Interesting speculation. Have coyotes even been mentioned as a thing in this universe so far?
He pissed off a mama wolf. Too bad he won't get to learn from that mistake. I'd leave him to bleed out or suffocate too.

No, he is absolutely begging to be finished off. He just had his throat ripped open. He must know the only thing for him is a potentially slow painful death.
If you aim to kill someone, be about it and be done with it. Don't fuck around and give them the opportunity to turn the tables on you.
