Interesting compilation. Music, inspired by artwork, which was drawn to other music, it makes me wonder how similar this piece is to the original music.

Recently I received a copy of a work called 'classical trancelations' - Classical orchestrations, produced from popular techno songs, which realistically derive their inspiration from classical pieces to start off with. I find it amusing how it goes full circle like this.

a stunning picture, so worthy of this exquisite attention... it's been a very powerful theme to me.. it sounds corny i suppose, but ever since i saw "Ghost" at a young age, i was imprinted with that notion... the extreme need of the restless spirit to return to comfort their love. (yay pronoun game!) oh, and "What Dreams May Come" too *shivers* dont need to see that tear jerker ever again. it's burned on my brain, but carries with it, images like yours and this song. <3

Goddammit, I listened to this in the middle of the student center and had to hold back tears from the combination of this song and the astounding picture. This is astounding, and EXACTLY how I feel about some of my lost loved ones...Amazing as always!

Now if I can ask, what exact strings did you select for this? Because the main harmony sounds like a mix between a Japanese instrument and a European violin...

I fell in love with AlectorFencer's piece the moment I saw it, and your music perfectly mirrors the feeling in the painting. This is wonderful! I get the image of a rider on a horse... either a rich brown or black in color, riding across this beautifully lush landscape while the song plays. Occasionally the sun shines behind and thus creating a silhouette of the rider and horse. Continue their travel across the green plains, trees in the background gently blowing in the wind and even a mountain range in the back too. Very nice!

I think this is the first audio track I have faved. It just goes perfectly with the artwork and both are very emotionally touching.
