It might be a joked based on "woof woof" being "wan wan" in Japanese which is pronounced in a similar manner to "one".
So nine Wan Wan would sound like 9 1 1.

I didn't know that and I don't know if that's true or not but I love the extra info and it makes it all the much better
Indeed it's all speculation on my part but I thought it might be so since the girl as a Shiba Inu is a Japanese dog breed. So a Japanese based pun would make sense in the context.
The shape and softness of those though, just too damn perfect not to look.
I'm not staring, I am merely admiring how healthy you are and hope to one day improve myself by as much.
