It cuts my heart that buns won't see it, but I had to do it. I'm glad that it made you smile at least ^^
I wonder if this sight ever greeted guests at the Whackadoodle Inn.
Maybe those who came in too early for coffee...

This is great. They would have liked it.
I didn't know they had died until just now. Rest in peace, bunners.

Thanks Helix, sad that buns won't see it, but I had to do it
Wow the tone on this made me think it was a photo at first. Very sweet tribute.
Thanks Seth, I tried to push the rendering a bit, buns deserved my best effort I think
Man, I am super digging how your art is evolving. So cool!
It is a good tribute to the memory of the departed.
I've seen them help you out when you were struggling.
Take every day and hour you will need to feel through the grief.
Thank you for honoring your friend
with this excellent austere portrait,
and for adding to their legacy!

Even after 2 months it still stings, I keep wondering what buns would say to the latest things I'm sharing, she has always been very encouraging. Her presence truly left a mark.
They live on in our memories.
It is painful to accommodate
those pictures and scenes
from the past, but I'm sure
those who leave us would appreciate
remaining in our thoughts and dreams.
Thank you for keeping the flame of fondness lit for her!
