Twilight Sparkle, the Powerful Princess of Diapers
Hello everycreature again. After recovering from my strong sadness a few days ago, we"re back with a new artwork. To break the sad cycle in which I was, I thought it would be better if I tried something more simple, but at the same time, cute and kind. That"s why I decided to draw again Twilight Sparkle after a while without having her on my artworks.
For this artwork I wanted to have a completely frontal posture and angle. I"m not a huge fan of those angles, but it is really interesting to try out new approaches, and by the way, diapers look really nice from this view hehe. I wanted a scene of Twily raising in the air, like getting full of power, maybe in the middle of a transformation, giving this way her a lot of majesty, pretty much like in the end of the fourth season.
This artwork was really simple, and really easy to do since finding references for this posture isn"t hard at all. But for a more impressive effect I wanted to work hardly in the auras and lights around her. To reach this effect I mixed about 7 different layers with different colors, positions and transparencies. The final result is pretty good in my opinion, but of course it could be improved even more. I also maybe made a little mistake with Twilight"s nose and I realized it too late... Well, it is still looks pretty good.
So, what do you think, is the Princess of Friendship gaining enough power from the diapers? :3

It's adorable, but you could have written "pampers" in the title for extra-cute wordplay in English!
Ooh! This sounds like a real treat for the eyes to gaze upon. If there had to be just one thing I could comment on in regard to the use of magic, it is how it can be used to fill a scene with a lot of shapes, lighting effects, and all the colors of the rainbow. Magic, like the powerful spell Twilight is casting, can really help make a particular moment even more memorable while also, as seen in Disney's Fantasia, be wonderfully complimented by music.
I am sure I am not the only one who can hear the chime-like sound of Twilight beginning to focus her magic into her horn. This chime-like sound would grow into a hum as more-and-more magic is gathered as an orb of ethereal light begins to form. We then would hear Twilight strain to maintain her concentration on the big spell as her eyes close in an effort to maintain her focus from the wisps of magical wind and brightness from the mystical aura that are engulfing her.
BOOM-PYOO-PYOO-PYOO!
The spell is now released and Twilight is finally able to open her eyes to see the result of her super-ultra-mega spell that she has cast. What will it accomplish? What is it for? It does not matter, because the one imagining the scene can have Twilight doing just about anything as a result of how well you drew this picture.

I like the idea of the diaper enhancing her magical ability. Given how diapers are meant to both [PROTECT] and [ABSORB], perhaps this diaper is one that was created for The Princess of Friendship by our beloved Padded Princess of The Foals? The wearer has resistance against magic-based attacks while being able to draw-in magic that its wearer can use to recharge, or supercharge, their mystical abilities. (With how magic is everywhere in Equestria, the enchanted diaper would be able to passively gather ethereal energy to be used by the wearer in any way (s)he feels best. Such a diaper, to me, would help 'Flashy Nappy' a lot in doing all she does in her evening escapades..).

One final point I want to make is how, again, you are doing a type of art that is different / challenging. What you do as an artist, to me, shows just how talented and committed you are to all those things you put your heart and effort into. Keep up the awesome work, Sweetie!

You right Yosh, magic can really fill scenes with tons of nice effects, lights and colors to enchant your eyes. I also recognize perfectly the sound your mentioning from Twilight's magic. It is really great. I also think in the teleport sound.
I've never thought in that relation between diapers and magic that you mention Yosh, but it really has a lot of sense. Regarding to magic we often can see objects which can hold certain magical power to contain it, pretty much what a diaper does indeed. In these terms it really makes a lot of sense that Padded Princess of the Foals created this diaper as a kind of magical artifact in order to be used in certain circumstances. I can think for example, in uncontrolled baby unicorn magic, I think this diaper could be used to do complicated magic spells to absorb all that magic from an area at once. I'm sure then that Princess Twilight Sparkle is wearing it for one of those proposes. Not to mention that, following that logic sounds possible that this diaper can only be used by "selected magical creatures" and it also never gets dirty.

Ooh! Making such diapers for foals would be perfect for those baby unicorns and their magical outbursts. What would be really good to help sell them would be a "Baby Flurry Heart Certified" to go along with the full endorsement of 'The Padded Princess of The Foals'. If the diaper can absorb all that powerful magic that is bottled up inside a baby Alicorn, it can certainly handle the magical potential of your everyday, Unicorn foal. :)

The evil centaur would be out draining all the magic he possibly could with the assistance of his, unwanted, helper, Cozy Glow. Knowing how Tirek can vacuum up any form of magic, Twilight would work with Sweetie Belle to create an extra-special version of the diaper that prevents her magical powers from "Leaking" out for Tirek to power himself up.
During the "Final Battle", Twilight would face off against Tirek while 'The Padded Princess of The Foals' puts one of her special diapers on Cozy Glow. With Cozy Glow, along with Grogar's Bell, being secured safely, Sweetie Belle would transform into 'Flashy Nappy' teleport to Twilight, give her a special diaper made extra special for Tirek, and then Twilight would, with Flashy Nappy's help, pad up the red-coated villain before sending both Tirek and Cozy Glow to Tartarus Daycare.

Hehe I like what you say here Yosh. Those kinds of diapers will be useful especially for those non-unicorn parents who need help with their unicorn babies. They will be more expensive than regular diapers but their extra value will worth for sure. Some places like magic Kindergarten would use them are certain ages in which magic control is still out of the question.
Your story about a third battle with Tirek also sounds good and epic. I really would want to see it hehe.
It wouldn't be the first time a diaper is used on an epic mission in the world of animation. We should not forget when Phillip J Fry has to explore his mind to look for a particular tone which was coming from outter space. It was, for the protagonists a really important mission and not only him but all his friends had to wear diapers.
