The Candace and Stacy Doc inflation
The two girls want to have their hair and nails groomed so they asked for Phineas and Ferb to create a machine. Of course Candace doesnt trust her two brothers because their creations are crazy and unpredictable. Stacy wants to look beautiful no matter the cost. So the two brothers create a machine and after they finish it they call the girls for a test. The two girls go inside the machine and in a couple of minutes later they get their hair and their nails groomed. Soon their joy would end after they start inflating. Candace asks Phineas why their body parts inflating and Phineas answers them they used some parts of an artificial lung to make their machine. And Candace yells at his as usual.
