Haha, ALMOST finished with my 3/4 partial pants. Going to add some smaller speckled spots randomly on the thighs and a few on her butt. i also replaced her headfur with actual df fur. No crappy fun fur anymore x3 I MAY replace the fur on the tummy and on the butt later since it is a shade lighter then the fur on my tail. Didn't have any camel at the time and it matches my handpaw and feetpaw fur decently, but next to the tail it looks a bit off in certain lighting. So When that comes in I'll probably swap it out :3

this is exactly how I wanted my legs to turn out =D! ,but I made some pretty bad mistakes with my first pair of legs hehe!

haha I'm surprised these came out half decent. These are my first pair as well. I just did a duct tape dummy on jeans and chopped them up at the seams to make my template. Stupid old me though thought 'ok I need a seam allowance, TWO INCHES SHOULD BE GOOD RITE?!' so I had to take them in A LOT. But other then that they came out relatively easily :3
XDD! Yeah, I kinda thought I didn't need a ducktape dummy. I'm going to use one on my next pair. I also did the same thing with the seam allowence. I know that had to be a really big pain in the tushie!

yeah I'm sure I'll have to. I didn't think about it until I took that picture and then I realized 'crap, most shirts only go down to right above the elbow..'
so they will probably just be plain brown fur. not sure if I will have it extend all the way up to my shoulders or just a little higher to keep my arms concealed in most shirts..

Nicely done I see! ^^ Question though....did you add padding or not? I'm still deciding whether or not to add digitigrade padding to my Kitsune fullsuit. x3 I got the fur...just the foaming or cushion padding that is troubling me. @3@
Actually when I first started making them and they were loose on me I made some padding and liked how it looked. The only issue I had was making it durable. I formed some foam and hotglued them to some tights. I needed to sew some sort of cover for them so they couldnt rip off easily but I gave up on it xD
Neat idea. :3 I'm going to see if I can find some old jeans or something and see how that will go. If it doesn't work, I might just stick with plantigrade. x3
Might want to chose something a little more breathable! Just remember how hot a suit gets! Haha
I've seen people use spandex tights before. Lycra spandex blends are moisture whicking and breathable. Or just some relatively tight fitting pajama pants. I dunno actually there are probably tutorials that tell ya what his best or what is cheapest, I just figure jeans will be super hot since they don't breath or obsorb moisture well xD

I'm not 0 sure yet. Part of me wants to just so I can have that full effect and actually have a full suit, but on the other hand, the character is very Girly and I think taking away all clothes may take away from the character. I could put clothes on top the suit, but the head doesn't breath AT ALL so I'm hot just in a partial xD I'd hate to see how hot I would be all suited up AND clothed!

Www.distinctivefabric.com :3 it is the extra long pile for the legs and the regular shaggy pile for everything else!
Though the only down side to the extra long is that it has to be brushed out somewhat regularly. It naturally wants to clump together a bit and will look a little shaggy x3

I actually wanted to see if at some point (I know you are super busy lately, so this is whenever you are free) if I could send her back to get some of the airbrushing touched up? Or you could just tell me the exact brand and color of airbrushing paint you used so I could do it myself? I know you are still loaded down with school and whatnot :(

This is a brilliant idea! It's gonna be a pain trying to find more gray fur for my suit in the first place so I may have to try doing this for AC, since I won't need as much gray fur. X3
