It's always nice when your savior gives you a nice and caring place to rest in. I hope you all enjoy this amazing story, and the art made for it. ^^
If only you left the house right away. The house was burning for unknown reasons, but you stupidly decided to try and save some of your valuables before getting out. But now the door was blocked, and the accessible windows were too far away from you and too high to jump from. Not that that matters anymore, as the smoke has made your vision too dark to see much of anything anymore. You were on the ground now, trying to stay out of the smoke and crawl to safety, but your rough coughing made it apparent that you didn't have the strength to escape. You end up just laying on the ground, coughing and praying that someone will save you when you hear some loud crashing nearby. You feared that the house was collapsing, but as you listened to the crashing, it sounded more like something repeatedly slamming into a wall rather than something collapsing. Eventually, you hear a loud crash, followed by heavy footsteps, making you wonder what was coming before feeling something cold and soft touch your face. You still couldn't see much, as the place was so dark, but feeling the comfort from the paw made you feel safe. You then heard a voice from it, yet it wasn't understandable, but it sounded concerned, so you tried to say that you were alright, which was cut off by your own coughing. You felt them try to comfort you with their paw before they put a mask on your face, letting you be able to breathe again.
You then try to relax and catch your breath, but then feel yourself being picked up by the being, held in their arms, before seeing something glowing blue in front of you despite the dense black smog. It was a maw, which was coming closer and closer, illuminating the being a bit, letting you see that it was a Sergal, in full firefighter gear, with their helmet hanging off to the side so they could do this. At that, you relaxed, understanding that they were here to save you, making it easier for them as they softly closed their maw over your head and shoulders, tipped their head back, and started swallowing. The Sergal's cool interior was a nice contrast from the scorching heat outside, making the continuing swallows the sergal had on your form much more enjoyable for both of you. Soon enough, you felt yourself entering their belly, which was a small chamber at first, but as you started to fill it up, it became a nice and comfy place to relax in. Especially as your feet finally enter the Sergal's maw, who performs one last swallow to send it down with the rest of you, celebrating with a glad burp before putting back on his helmet and mask and continuing through the house, looking around for more civilians to save. At that, you smile and start to tear up, so happy to be saved by the Sergal as you thank him for the rescue.
It took a few more minutes for the Sergal to understand that you were the only one still in the house, so he soon emerged back at the front door with a big belly almost the size of him where you rested in and saw the other firefighters were finishing dousing the flames on your home. The house was in great disrepair, but at least you were alive, so that is all that matters in the end. Too bad the house next door was still aflame, but with the other firefighters focusing on that, it should be taken care of soon enough. For now, though, the Sergal noticed that EMS had yet to arrive, so he decided to sit by one of the trucks and relax with his big belly, letting you rest as he took off his helmet and swallowed down more air for you, making sure you are as comfy and safe as can be after dealing with all that smoke. The cool blue belly walls inside him helped keep you nice and chill within. It wasn't too cold where you would be shivering, and it certainly beat how hot it was in the house. After you feel your pred stop and sit down, you hear him speak again, this time much more clearly than the first time. "You doing alright in there? This is Firefighter Dagon speaking. I'll let you out as soon as EMS is here, but for now, just relax in there. You are safe now in my belly." At that, you smiled and patted the belly walls, showing your thanks and appreciation towards him as you relaxed. The Sergal smiled, rubbing and nuzzling his big belly, happy to give you a comfy place to rest in and recover after that fire.
In the meantime, he looked over at the other burning house and saw that the people were on the roof now, and his good Baryonyx Firefighter partner Travitar was there, having his maw open wide. Froselo was glad that the other firefighters allowed these types of techniques, as they have shown time and time again that their bellies are usually the safest places for the civilians to recover in, as is with the case of Travitar, who let one after another jump into his maw and down his gullet, letting them all have a soft landing into safety in the dino's gut. After they were all secured, the dino let out a small belch and let the other firefighters perform damage control while he went over to his Sergal partner and sat down with him. "Hehe, think that was everyone now. Don't worry. You all will be checked out momentarily." Travitar smiled and nuzzled into him happily before whispering, "You think they will mind if we keep them a little longer?" Froselo giggled before nuzzling into him happily. "Only if they want to. After all, our shifts are almost over anyway, and they will need a place to stay for the night, if they want that is." You thought about the offer for the moment, wondering if they staged that conversation, as you could hear them both clearly before smiling and patting and rubbing the belly walls some more. The Sergal smiled at that and hugged his big belly, which his dino friend did as well with his own belly. They were both happy that their new friends were staying with them for the next while, at least after they were checked out and back on their feet again. But for now, while they continued to wait, they enjoyed their friends, with the Sergal ready to get to know you in the days to come.

Thank you so much. I'm happy to hear that my stories bring a smile to your face. ^^
That was a good story! Rescue preds are always a good thing to see more of, rescue dino preds even more so!
...Not to say I don't like Froselo, as Sergals are also good!
