In many of the Undertale worlds Dr. Alphys would play a key rode in most universes by becoming the Royal Scientist starting the Determination experiment that made both Flowery and the Amalgamates and play a key part in the Human Frisk Adventure when monster kind was freed she started living her life on the Surface with Undyne the one she loves and lived happily for few years but one day when having what seem to be a normal day with Undyne and Mettaton her computer started sounding off a beeping sound this let her know that something is happening back at the true lab but could not get access to the cameras for some reason so felt it best she go check it out in case of a false alarm so Undyne and Mettaton gone with her just in case there was danger on the way back to the lab they run into Asgore who was taking care of the golden flowers and learning why Alphy come back to the underground he feel it best he join them while he was there even getting into his old king outfit when they reach the lab in hotlands Alphys saw the door was some how unlocked so they gone in and headed right for the true lab this mean she had to face her past again when they reach the true lab they started looking around seeing it all again bring back bad memories she knew it could not been a Amalgamate as she made sure each and everyone was returned to their family's and for the most part northing seem to be touched in the years she had left it so started to think what she use to monitor the lab as she did leave a few things behind mostly because they can't be moved so easily or she wanted nothing to do with it to forget her past and move on she even found some Gaster Blasters she found and was working on to see how they worked she got a better idea now thanks to Sans with how he uses just then the power had gone out she really started to think that time was corporate so they gone to restore power and do some maintenance so she don't get any more false alarms so they headed to the generator room to get the power back up but as they work on it just before power come back she saw a silhouette in the darkness looking right at them and run off as soon as it was noticed causing her to scream as the power come back on when they ask her what wrong she told them she saw someone or something in the darkness run off so Undyne being Undyne was the first to run off head first after what ever it was with out thinking making three go after her when they gotten to the room Bedroom they could not see anyone if it was they would trap them self's as the elevators was back the way they came they even ask Alphys if she was sure she saw someone that when something catch her eye she walk up to one of the beds something seem off about it of course it fill her with much dread and sadness as the bed belong to Kanako Ketsukane a Fox monster who was a child when she had fallen down making her the youngest seeing her turn into one of the Amalgamates is something she never forget but she noticed her bed had been disturb it had look as if someone had touch it seeing this she knew someone was here that when a voice called out asking if she feel the sins of what she done crushing her and mock her for what she had done Asgore in shock knew this voice but couldn't think it could be true that when the owner of the voice walk into the room form one of the other rooms revealing him self to be Chujin Ketsukane Alphys was in pure shock to see Chujin he was well known by monsterkind for ever thing he had done to make monster life's better he was like a hero and he could rival her intelligence if not be smarter and was Kanako father but it could not be possible as records told her he had died sometime before Kanako her self had fallen down when asked how he was alive Chujin told them that he both alive and dead as he not their Chujin as the one they knew had died he is one form a universe where he did not die hearing this made Alphy squeal and nerd out as this proved that multiverse theory was correct and told Mettaton that she been right all the time and it wasn't a waste of time she then starting asking Chujin all kinds of Chujin questions that sort of catch him a bit by surprise before regaining his composure when she ask why was he here he look at Kanako bed then back at her telling her she is a monster for what she doe to his daughter in the many timelines he had see how she watched as she turn into a Amalgamate with some of the Kanako Amalgamates being her just gooly while others she turn into a indescribable monster but one thing was constant the fear in her eyes as she turned the pain she endure and suffer as a Amalgamate and the fact that she keep her form Ceroba for so long down here he then look at her with pure hate in his eyes as if he looking right into her soul and yelled that she should be dead for it that she has no right to a happy life and that she should burn in hell for what she done as what he did made him a saint compared to him this shocked her greatly being confronted with her past like that but he did have ever right to feel that way but she then ask what he mean by compared to him that when he started laughing maniacally as he look at her and ask her did she ever wonder how Kamako had fallen down did at any point did she notice anything odd about her he told her she had fallen down thanks to his own work that after his failed attempts to win Asgore with Axis a robot he made to serve as mechanical royal guards and to fight humans to keep monsterkind safe leading to Asgore relieved him of his position and power he was force to find something he could not turn down something that would keep everyone safe form humans before he angrily let his feelings be known about how he feel about Alphy being awarded the position of Royal Scientist because he made a Robot like he did but hers being made entertainment is what Asgore choose over Axis neediness to say he made his hate for Mettaton known before telling them that he was making a serum that would turn transform regular monsters into Boss Monsters, strengthening their entire nation and giving them a chance should another conflict spark against humanity it needed two things the SOUL of a Boss Monster and a SOUL of a Human as he told them that he and by proxy their Chujin are Boss Monsters Alphy then jump in saying if he was a Boss monster then that would make Kanako a Boss Monster too she thought she was different to the others but ask if he needed a human soul how would he gotten one as Asgore had all the SOULS at that time that when Chujin mock them saying that it well known that all the humans that fallen into the underground had died with in 24 hours of arriving for the most part but there was one that was the outlier who death and SOUL wasn't till years later after they disappeared the human child with the blue SOUL of Integrity he ask them did they ever wonder how a human could go missing form the underground for so long and who was it that turn in the SOUL? Asgore think back and he recall that Ceroba turn it in who would later turn in the Yellow SOUL of justice just a year later that when it hit him and ask did Chujin had something to do with it he smile and told them that he was the one who killed the blue SOUL human using Axis to eliminate the human and retrieve their SOUL when they was at Waterfall and hide the body then keep the SOUL for him self for future experimentation with it he could make the serum using his own soul however it failed as the human had killed at some point making their soul impure so it could not work he needed a pure human SOUL but after excessive tests on his own SOUL he learn it had deteriorated his SOUL leading to his death for Alphys this was a shock to hear not only was he keeping one of the human SOULS to him self but hearing how he truely died it form his work but then she ask how did it lead to Kanako falling down if he was dead? That when he told them that on his death bed he would ask Ceroba to carry on his work but he didn't know that Kanako had over heard one day in a moment of grief Kanako had talked Ceroba into using it on her leading to her falling down and coming here then Alphy ask then how did he survive if he did the same thing the Chujin of this world did he smile and told them that he was saved by his new masters who given him a new chance in life and most of all a future for Kanako that when he his weapon appeared in his hand it seem to be a staff or Spear it seem to be mostly of technology but it clearly not form this world as he points it at her telling her they want her for their plans as much as he would love to kill her but he thanks her for bring Asgore as he will kill him for revenge for setting him down that path for taking what should been his and to avenge the Chujin who died in this world as he first order some of his robots to come out and attack them Alphys all she could do was watch as Agore, Mettaton, Undyne battled his robots even his newer Axis's robots once they clear them out they try to attack him but she saw when they did someone attack them back coming out of the shadows first it was two monsters she saw it was Ceroba and Martlet when Undyne try to get Martlet to sand down Alphy was quick to tell them not to try as she could tell that they likely not their own world ones and by looking at their eyes they have no free will that they being controlled by Chujin in some way he smile and applaud her for noticing and had the pair attack Mettaton and Undyne while he order few others to come out to attack Asgore Alphys was shocked to among them was a Toriel and Asriel likely bring just to mess with Asgore and they come close to killing him before Toriel started fighting Chujin control forcing him to have her stop attacking him as he increase power on their devices he was using on them and tell them to stand down as he would deal with Asgore him self at first Asgore seem he was going to win even if he was weaken and hurt form fighting Toriel and the others but that when Chujin showed his true power thanks to the Serum that was perfected just for him they saw his SOUL leave his body it was white at first it seem like normal Boss Monster SOUL white in colour but suddenly a power burst form it and it had the colours of all 7 Human SOUL colours of Patience, Bravery, Integrity, Perseverance, Kindness, Justice and what believed to be Determination with a bit of white at the centre hovered in front of his chest like the humans SOULS as he just laugh maniacally telling them this is the masterpiece his Boss Monster SOUL with the 7 Human SOULS to make him the most powerful Boss Monster alive she watched as he was much more powerful moving and attacking it reminded her so much of how Frisk fights he was Evading Asgore attacks with ease she could see he could use the powers of each of the 7 humans even form weapons out of energy and use their abilities on top of his own she watch helplessly as he quickly over powered Asgore and land a killing blow into him with his weapon as Asgore told him that if he keep walking this path it will destroy him that in the end if he doing this for Kanako it will only hurt her in the end right has he turn to dust Alphy was shocked to see him be killed this shock was enough for Undyne and Mettaton to be beaten Chujin then order to have them be killed.

Alphys Take's Action
She couldn't stand there and watch them die for once in her life she choice to take action quickly grabbing the Gaster Blasters and what ever she could the Blasters changed to take on bits of her appearance and fired them at Ceroba and the others forcing them to dodge seeing this Chujin called them back as Alphy could see Mettaton could still move and told him to run and get Undyne out of here but when he tried to tell her he not going to let her fight Chujin alone she yell at him telling him she not going to let them die and she not going to let Chujin catch her so easily with that Mettaton made a run for it taking Undyne but when Alphy saw Martlet attack with one of her Feather attacks Alphy jump in the way to shield cracking one side of her glasses Chujin snapped ordering her and the others to stand down as Alphys is wanted alive and that he would handed her him self they are to make sure she can't run Alphy started crying as tears going down her face her Blasters at the ready as she all so send out some mini Mettaton bots she look at Chujin saying she not going to let him catch her so easily he will pay for killing Asgore and she not let him hurt her friends of this world or any universe the two battled and it seems he had a advantage at first even Chujin was shocked to see how strong and determined was making her a more value target however even with Blasters this was her first time fighting while Chujin was use to fighting so he soon turn it around landing attacks on her till he landed the attack that needed to bring her down she try to keep fighting but her body couldn't keep up any longer before she pass out she thought about Frisk and the others being her last thoughts before passing out.

Otsutsuki lab
When she awaken she saw she was in a Cage and when she look around she could see other cages with people in them she try to think how she ended up here but couldn't remember anything that when a pink fox name Nazuna in a cage next to her told her not to try as her mind would been wiped ready for the hell that she would be going though when she was taken to be worked on the pain she gone though was the by one the worst as Chujin made sure to have Alphy suffer the most as a form of revenge thanks to the lab experiments she was a lot smarter and had a resistance to the cold so she wouldn't slow down in cold environments while giving her mastery of electrical magic so he had a way to attack if someone got close to her where her weapons and inventions would be less effective she was easy for them to break her will given her shy introvert Personality after her first few weeks of being worked on one day she was taken out of her cage and taken to Suikasel and the 9 controllers they wanted to have her help work on the Tail Diaper beasts and the other Misuborashii's at first she try to turn it down as she didn't want to help them and help hurt the others but it quick to make her change her mind when they told her if she did so then they make the pain they go though less painful have better food and care if she turn it down or try anything then their pain will be much worse caring for them all she choose to work for them so each day when she wasn't being worked on or tested on she was taken out of her cage to do work in the labs thanks to her mind they made great progress on both the Diaper tail beasts and the Misuborashii's she couldn't look at her fellow Misuborashii's in the eye during a test on the Diaper beast gel blood something gone wrong she got everyone out of the room before it exploded covering her in it she did got most of it off but she did get a beating for it before she could shower off the rest by the time she could most of it had absorbed into her body making her permanently chubby and very squishy eventually she was given her own private lab to work in however it all ways had guards outside of her door and have cameras to make sure she wasn't being lazy or trying to sabotage them however she still needed to be put in her cage at lights out she worry this made the others start to hate her given the privileges she was getting even if she was basically a slave she given up on all hope of ever being free she knows she just a tool a weapon she given just take her name of A91515 as her name she had accepted her fate that was till the Day where both the Diaper Tail Beasts and the Misuborashii was ready and going to go though a process that would sealed their fates to Suikasel the beasts had break free and started a rampage this given them all the chance they needed she was all ready out of her cage opening a few and slowly getting everyone ready for it she was on her data pad when it happen seeing many of the Misuborashii's started attacking the guards and scientists Alphy seeing this she quick to join using a thunder spell on a guard who about to attack Ceroba form behind and moved quickly to unlock the cages as she knew the codes telling those who was out the codes as well once everyone was free she look away feeling bad for what she done to them and likely thought they hate her but Ethan told her they don't hate her even if their treated her better they knew she just being used and she doing it for them this bring a smile to her face and told them they need to act fast if they hope to get out of here she use the codes she knew to get them into the room where all their weapons and gear as kept once they gotten everything they soon heard Chujin call out on the lab coms order a evacuation and for the main portal to be sealed so they could try and trap the beasts here they knew they had to reach the main portal and take over it it was their even hope if they sealed it off they be trap in the void with no way out with out any of there gear as while they given powers to go though multiverse they made it useless for them in the void meaning it only a matter of time before they regroup and come back to catch them all as well the lab was coming down on top of them they did not think they could reach a exit in time so there was the risk of being crushed to death so this was do or die so they headed for the gate away thankfully do to their bond with the Diaper beasts having their blood in them and linked the Beasts did not attack them as they could tell they are Misuborashii Ralsei Alphy lead the way knowing the lab layout well she knew the quickest path using her Alphy type Gaster Blasters she attack anyone who gotten in the way and to clear their path once they reach the gate way they quickly taken out who ever was guarding it however they was quick to suit it off she headed right to the controls and told those who was helping to get it running what they needed to do to get it open before they could fully seal it open it was working she lock in the First world she saw being the world they was planning to target as long as nothing gone wrong they should all land in the same spot and time she hope and told them to start heading in as fast as they can however as she watching them go in a Guard rush up form behind her she was quick to react using a thunder spell but he managed to stab her with a sword badly wounding her Rauru would rush up to check on her seeing how bad she was and that their last healer just go though the gate he told her to go in next and he make sure everyone go's though she nodded and was quick to jump into the gate.

Sunny Lab
When she come to she look around to see where she landed she could tell she was in the alley of a mayor city of some kind this not where she set the gate to take them she set it for a field when she look around she saw no one around that when it hit her that the gate must been damaged so it likely have scatter them though out the world and maybe at different points in time she hope not very far part but likely a few might been send to other worlds even if she was to use her dimensional powers to look with out a clue it take ages she all so quick to noticed that her memories had been wiped again mostly of the lab likely a temporary wipe given the gate was damaged when she try to move she could feel great pain that when she all so remembered she was wounded she check her wound and shocked to see in her hands gel blood seeing this she knew her life was at risk she knew that what ever world people like her, Ceroba, Azzy and few others are form they made mostly of magical matter with the only physical matter being their bodys so they would not have blood unlike say a pokemon or any other species the closest would be Ralsei and Noelle as they monsters but the world they come form they have about the same amount of physical matter or close to it to people of other worlds so they would have blood for her she would not have blood but thanks to what the lab did to her she does have Gel blood in her but for her to bleed it she needs to be in a serious condition she knew if she didn't get aid soon there was a real risk she could die she try to use her magic to hold back her wounds as much as she could as she slowly walked and stumble out of the alleyway into the city streets where she was met by many pokemon looking at her in shocked seeing her as they could tell she was badly hurt she weakly call out to them for help before she ended up passing out on the ground many rush up to help while other called for help they saw she was dress in a lab coat so thought she must work for Sunny labs as one of the scientists and she must been attacked going to or form the lab with that they called up the lab to let them know Ampy hearing this told lucky he right away knew it was Alphy so made a call to have Alphy be brought to the Sunny lab when Alphy waken up she saw she was in a Med bay of a lab she look over to the device next to her bed it was giving a reading on her health it seem it made just for her to work with her body and the magic in her body that when she heard the door soon open and saw the Smeargle walk in as he give her a smile happy to see she awake and as her how she feel Alphys gone in a panic as she knew who he is as she knew it was Lucky one of the 9 controllers seeing him she give a bloodcurdling nerdy scream and tried to use her magic to call on her Blasters lucky just smile and told her he had a antimagic feld turn on to block her magic and stop her form using magic to call her weapons to her and told her it was ok while he was one of the controllers he told her that he never was on Suikasel side he only join to work under clover while he take all the data he could and learn how to beat them he had plans to save her and the others but when the tails had break free he saw they gotten out as he getting their data that when Azoth change form his diaper form back into his normal form and told Alphys that everything was true she was happy to see Azoth and she ask them what about the others lucky told her that they all did make it out and slowly coming together however he feel it best to let her fully recover before letting them know she here while soon they could hear some noise outside of someone rushing and soon a Heliolisk come rushing into the room wanting to see if there really another Alphys form what Trace told her while they was at Sunny lab and in her shock she was overjoy to see her as it proved Multiverse theory was correct Alphys look in a bit of confusion then it hit her and she ask if she too was named Dr Alphys she nodded and told her she is the Alphys of this world so as soon as she heard that a Alphys form another world was here she had to see it with her own eyes lucky smile and left them to talk the two Alphys talked for hours learning just how much alike they are what similarities they had and what set them apart and what they loved they was over joyed them they each learn they Love Mew Mew: Kissy Cutie ESPECIALLY Mew Mew 1 and both could see eye to eye on how Mew Mew 2 ruined the character but when they ask about each other life's Alphys couldn't tell her pokemon self anything about her self given she couldn't remember this left the pokemon Alphys a bit upset but she was happen to tell her about her own life after a few days Alphys had fully healed and was even doing work around the lab to help lucky as thanks lucky called the Ragtags asking them to come to the lab when they reach the lab he taken them to Alphys and she was fill with joy to see them to see many of them and that they slowly coming back together with that she thank Lucky and headed to her new home.

Ragtag home
When she gotten to their home in Crowreef she was in aww at how they build it and was thankful that she had a resistance to the cold she was quick to make her self and home filling her room with videos games anime and this world Mew Mew: Kissy Cutie items as well as a few of her own she had on her or found in other worlds she found that she was good at opening dimensional rifts so would often go check out other worlds she would make her own room in the Ragtag house being her personal lab so she could do all kinds of science as it is a passion of hers and something she very familiar with while working on things like her Alphy type Gaster Blasters still being a shy introvert she mostly stay in the house if she did leave she often be with other ragtags rarely by her self but she would ever so often head to tuttlereef to hang out with Pokemon Alphys everyday was fill with joy with her ragtags and she often do things with them like work with shikabane to help making her drones or research the Zonai technology Rauru and Midna anything to keep her busy but when she had free time she all ways either game with her ragtags or watch anime with them however being with them she quick to notice somethings like at night with how the nightmares' would often come back when ever she had nightmares of the lab it often keep her awake at night and she couldn't sleep she often go into her lab to work the night away if that happens she come to theorize that thanks to the bond all ragtags have with each other the more Ragtags they are in one place the stronger they in all most ever way but the catch is it all so makes some of their darker sides stronger like the nightmares the more there are the stronger and more frequent the nightmares even if it cause inadvertently but has a odd feeling as if someone or something is intentionally doing it but has no poof and have no idea why any of them would do it still she hope to find a way suppress the pain and nightmares of their past form their bond while it likely that part of them will never go away if it could make their life's easier then that be nice she all so LOVE going to Milos with her ragtags family as she loves ramen and Milo Ramen is so godly she can't get enough of it she all so loves drinking soda

Crownreef Royal Scientist
After a while she was called to the castle to see Ramus when she got there she saw Lucky with him Lucky had told Ramus about Ragtag Alphys and how smart she is form the time she was at his lab and Ramus trusting Lucky ask her if she would like to take the position of Crownreef Royal Scientist with this she be leading Scientist in crownreef and head of all research in crownreef any Royal Resarch she was resident at first but she feel it be best to support the family so taken the position Lucky and Ramus then taken her to the Newly build Lab in crownreef lucky told her he was building one here to be part of his labs this being the Crownreef branch and that both he and Ramus all ready got some pokes ready to work for her and given her the honour of naming the lab after thinking it over she feel the name Cloldland lab would work till she could think of something better but there was some odd familiarity with the name with this she started working there lucky even made her a personal subway tunnel she could use to get to and form the ragtag house even more things form the lab to the house with the train basing it on one he knew about in a lab he planning to rebuild that was in what was once Orre there some did all kinds of work like diaper research tech research on Zonai tech and other technologies as well anything that is to her or Ramus and the royal family interest and anything that can help make the life's of crownreef better and she love it as well she like that lucky as well as Ramus and others in the family or those Ramus trust to check on her come to see what she up too and keep her in line form taking things too far

Swia war
When the war happen she was quick to act when Crownreef got hit by a attack she was quick to get civilians into the Lab for safely as a shelter and join in the battle to help others till the ragtags had arrived to give aid she then join the war by fighting for Crownreef and with her family she mostly stay in the backlines of most of the battles using her mind where she could to help along with the other Alphy she all so form a close friendship to many of the other shy introverts like a archer form Adrestia and Alcryst and with she good at working out weakness's of Dark Gator technology Master Alexander and his Dark Gators unit technology's and in the last battle was quick work out the weakness in Alexander Immortal Kroko mech.

After the war
When the war was over she happy to see peace come back and though she could rest easy but all most had a heart attack when Andrea later come to their home but after she forgiven her for what she done she was shock to see how smart Andrea is and thinks she one of the smartest pokemon around and happy to work with her when she visit's the Ragtag house and would love to show her her Lab in the coldland lab she gotten back to work in her lab but started hearing news form the other Alphys of a new war might be coming as she heard Mist and Butterfly was at odds with each other if they do go to war she fight for her Ragtags.
