Yes unfortunately that's how this bank works. There have already been similar cases in our country. They say they just don't have the money to pay people. They may give some of the money to the most powerful and wealthy, but they won't help ordinary people like me. and the court/ law will not help in this case in any way
I would have suggested trying to sue the parent company for liquidating the bank and not reimbursing you. But you don't have the time and it could bankrupt you with legal fees.

Yes, it is. And in any case, they would not have had time to return the money to me before the operation. And as far as I know, the parent company disappeared right away, they don't have any money, and the bank fell apart

Unfortunately, no. This is the main problem. Only the depositors of the bank were insured. Ordinary people like me just lost their money
