It's amazing how much my characters change over the years. The Range Rangers were originally all meant to be generic jerk charactrs, with Mystic being a minor exception. Claw was, basically, just smaller Hunter. Honestly, the current version of this character is basically a 180. This version of claw is a friendly, energetic tinkerer belonging to the Lemifink race, one of the only races in the world not created by the ancients, and are instead ascendants of the Giant Rats, who are ALSO not creations of humans.

Claw loves to make toys and objects with his dad, with one of his favorite possessions being a set of finger claws that he made himself with dad's supervision. He lives with his mom, Meadow, and his dad, Scrap, who is a Giant Rat. All three of them are... surprisingly nice for people that live in the worst part of town. I suppose, since Claw makes quite a bit of money off the Range Rangers, he's able to provide the best life he can for his family, who lives inside a giant sewer pipe. He also spends some money on cans of soup and ramen for the whole slums, and boils it up a metal cooking station that he and his family put together.

In the slums, Claw is both loved and hated for his good fortune. Many of the slummers are envious of his fortune and are prone to attack him. Yet Claw managed to get by on his own. But when things get super tough, he's got Ricky the Hedgepossum by his side to help him out.
