This is a meme comic but I just wanna see these two in love so I got really into it and I redrew everything with my mouse! Yes, even Coconuts. Layers are a miracle of modern invention. :)

This isn't how I see it happening btw; I just thought this would be funny!

Also it made me realize Robotnik Jr. is an egg with a mo-hawk which improves him considerably IMHO. I don't hate him, I even gave the poor guy some ears (based on the few times Robotnik was drawn with them in AoStH), but Junior just doesn't interest me much.

My actual head canon (and WIP fanfic) has Breezie and Junior getting an amicable divorce sometime after Hero of the Year because IMHO Breezie just grabbed him on the rebound and they weren't a great match, she was basically in denial about that, but they're still friends after that.

Anyway, Breezie and Coconuts go on a very casual blind date at the Scrap Valley recreation center where Coconuts used to work. He was appointed Mayor Fumfer's Deputy Mayor by the City Council before Breezie joined Grounder's book club, so they still hadn't met before their first date. It's actually Robowife's book club, she started it, but Grounder was the only robot Breezie already knew which wasn't actually a great selling point for her initially but she joined anyway lol.

Coco and Bree have great chemistry IMHO! They hit it off so well they end up kissing non-stop for like 10 minutes. Grounder and Scratch were just hanging out because they showed up for semi-lackluster moral support. Actually so do Robowife and Omletta; they're just concerned about Breezie because Coco has a reputation for excellent organizational skills and a very professional attitude but he's also canonically a maniacal chaos gremlin. Scratch inadvertently timed them because he was just bored and surprised when he looked over a few times. Coco looked at his watch and was like "wow yer right" and then Breezie and Coco continued kissing for like 5 more minutes because neither of them has to take a breath, they're robots. They immediately scheduled a second date with ya know, more privacy.

Grounder seriously did Coconuts a solid so he owes him big time for being introduced to Breezie! He's not generally shy, Coco is just a major introvert so he doesn't go out to social events very often, not without dragging his feet anyway. He could be quite brave but I think he'd probably become too nervous and speechless to introduce himself if he ran across Breezie in the wild on his own. Coconuts doesn't talk to most other people unless he's trying to convince them to do something or else he's trying to warn them and his reactions to Katella were quite frankly weird AF both times, nor did Coconuts speak directly to her in either case. I'm just gonna assume he gets a bit flustered around beautiful people since Zoobotnik is the only "sexy" incident I'm aware of and the twins respond to her sex appeal right before that.

Incidentally, we see Coconuts light up when startled/frightened, when having a bright idea, and once when he was just trying to see in the dark before preparing to fight, and failing and falling asleep instead thanks to knockout gas. Robotnik has also handed him a flashlight before dumping Coconuts down a trap door. It might not be completely within his control so I thought it'd make sense if Coconuts lights up during general moments of excitement.

Coconuts would definitely notice Breezie first, but IMHO he'd just gawk at her from a distance if no one else intervened to help him! Breezie thinks Coco is cute AF the moment she lays eyes on him and she WOULD talk to him first, without the help of an intermediate, but the odds of her running into him at random are slim because Coco is a very private individual and she doesn't live in Scrap Valley proper, she tends to only visit for the book club. Coconuts is, again, an introvert so he never wanted to join the book club even though he sometimes borrows those books from Grounder. But after Coconuts finally relaxes around Breezie and can hold a proper conversation with her, they just can't get enough of each other.

I legitimately want Breezie to get remarried to Coconuts! They're seriously one of my major OTPs, especially in AoStH continuity. :D
