He is fat but also strong? Tummy and hip fat mainly but arms/legs are really shapely.

How you draw his hair isn't too important as long as it's short and green...?
My hair is green but also shaved SOOOO it's short but with a little length, usually.
He can also be snatched bald. Any kind of punkish hair style is fine also.

This one is quite important but really hard to convey with just words: He's a patchwork rat so his fur is really really light and short and can be patchy if you're going for realism. Like this: 1, 2.
His fur doesn't fall off a LOT but it does on 1. that little patch above his nose 2. his chubby hips.
His fur would be a lot darker if he had long fur. His fur therefore has a slightly pinkish hue cos it's easy to see the skin underneath.
