Yeah, I desided to let Wisp (blue rat on the right) & Blaze (orange rat on the right) to wear this tbh I think this is a bit to their other clothes they wear so I think I might make this main. It's also based on more on 2000s fashion and clothing.

I got inspired by Dr. Slump (mainly New Dr. Slump) on their clothing and other 2000s clothing I could think of... Despite I don't watch anime despite I do watch some on YouTube but mainly younger kids anime for some reason... Dr. Slump had crossed over with the Dragonball franchise a few times before even as far in early Dragonball era despite Dr. Slump the anime focuses on Arale a robot girl created by Dr. Slump as the main character so atleast I got some insparation mainly on the New Dr. Slump era, The anime isn't dubbed but the manga did get English release which speaking of the manga it actually came a few years before Dragonball's manga too.

I also made the clothing more 2000s styled of what people would have worn between the late 90's to early 2010's.

edit: I might make this my main clothing for them and their older clothes from before will be used as an alt.
