Original description: Currently unfinished because I wanted to get out the link to the original two pictures before my Core Membership expired. I just didn't know whether you were only allowed to link to other pics in your gallery if you had Core. (You actually do need the Core crap, might wanna complain to DeviantArt for their censorship) I've got the links to the original two Puff Plum images down in the comments section.
Edit: Now the image is done, she looks quite a bit like Megaman.

One of the most iconic members of the gang everyone calls the Tagger Team, it's Puff Plum! This bubbly lady first started graffiti skating when she was 7 and quickly convinced her brother Ziyo to join in too. Even though she's a gentle and kind chick, Puff Plum is known for her enthusiasm about graffiti and was already well known by gangs in Ryuka when she was 12. She gets her tagger name from her love of inflating herself, even if she risks bursting like confetti in the process. She's so into that kinda stuff that she doesn't even have grav-chutes on her skates that are there to stop falling being so deadly. Though she does wish that rollerskates didn't weigh so much to the point where she can't float with them on. Bless that sweet little thing...
With rival gangs popping up here and there, and police crackdowns only getting tighter, Puff Plum's going on a date with the streets!
Heeeeeeeeeere's Puff Plum! Even though most of the lore here such as the idea of rollerblades having fall-slowing functions is not canon anymore, I still love this bubbly ref sheet to bits! Seeing this again makes me feel so happy. This is actually where Puff Plum got her helmet colour changed blue because I thought that she was a bit like Megaman, who seems to have a thing with exploding though not intentionally like Puffie here. Her watch also looks super sweet and overall this reference sheet solidified Puff Plum as a character of mine so much more!

Really nice character, I like the concept of floating to higher points of an area then deflating.
Thank you so much. Puff Plum sure is a great girl! I originally envisioned her inflation as being used as a parachute of sorts to slow her fall from a high height, but her being able to float upwards sounds lovable as well! I can't wait to update her character sheet one day!
