Okay so my friend has a playlist called Dissociation Station that's like... sad boy hours but also really nice vibes
like laying awake at night staring the existential void in the eyes
but like
with mossy bones and dyed hair and pronouns
it's hard to explain the vibe

but so for Christmas I made them a playlist called Association Station which is similar vibes but inverse mood if that makes sense
for happy boy hours when the sun is out

and they put the playlists next to each other and said "they're boyfriends"
and then we designed OCs based on the playlists and named them Arrow and Mahogany
(good chaos nonbinary noun names, but also each a species of frog and opossum)

and it's funny because opossums look scary with all their teeth and hissing, but they're actually really skiddish and sweet
meanwhile whites tree frogs look like a cinnamon roll but crave violence
and if that's not just the cutest pairing, I don't know what is
imagine a bully makes Mahogany cry and Arrow beats the piss out of the bully with a comically large hammer
