"What a strange, yet adorable, Pokemon... so it's made of cream or something...?" Nora wondered out loud, looking down at the creature that looked back up at her equally curious. The Pokemon she has encountered on her journey thus far have all been so varied, and here in Ballonlea of the Galar region was no exception.

"That there is an Alcremie!" came a voice interrupting Nora's thoughts. Nora turned to see a girl smiling, her blue eyes glinting in the dark, her twin buns making for a hairstyle she did not see out in Galar too often.

"It's a really cute Pokemon don't you think?" the girl continue, as Nora nodded, "Yes... it is."

"Well, want to take a picture with it?" the girl said, holding up her camera, "It'll be my treat! The camera is one of those instant ones, so I'll have a picture printed for you in no time!"

Nora shrugged, "Sure, why not?" She figured it was just one of those really pushy girls who loved taking pictures of things that caught her fancy. The Pokemon didn't look scared or like it was going anywhere, so she figured she could just capture it afterward.

"Great! Well then just stand a little closer...yes, just like that!" the girl said, holding up the camera with one hand, peering through it, motioning Nora with with her free hand.

After some positioning adjustments, the girl grinned, "Okay, this will only take a sec! So just stand right there and smile for the camera..."

Nora held her position the best she could, as she saw a flash.
And then her vision blurred as the world rushed around her. She didn't feel anything, just a strange experience like she had nodded off for just a slight moment.
As she came back into focus though, she felt a little odd.

Was she sitting? Standing? She felt shorter than usual, the girl with the camera was a little higher up than usual...
She couldn't feel her legs...and the limbs she could feel felt strange?
And where did the Alcremie go? Did the flash scare it away? She didn't see it next to her anymore.

The girl with the camera was laughing. Nora looked toward her.

"Haha! Your fusion turned out great with this lovely camera.."

Fusion? What was she talking about?
Then it dawned on Nora to finally look down.
Her body... it was all...creamy. She raised her small arms, feeling the boneless nature of them...
Did...she turn into Alcremie?

"...now then, get ready to be caught and added to my team!"

Caught? Added to her team?! No, that's what she was going to do to the Alcremie!
She was Nora, not some Pokemon!

"Crem!" She said, then stopped. She meant to say "Stop!", and tried again.
"Crem...Cremie!" No matter what her thoughts wanted her to say, it all came out as "Crem" or some form of "Alcremie!"

And it seemed to excite the devilish girl even more, who was putting the camera down, and instead reaching for a Pokeball.

"Crem...cremie! Alcremie...!" Nora protested, as she turned away, but then felt herself enter that blissful sleepy-state as the ball hit and engulfed her in light... and her world went blank for a little while as the ball did its work to contain the Pokemon.

The girl with the camera picked up the still ball with a grin, "These tourists are so easy to dupe with the camera, hehe. Well, time to add you to the rest of the collection of chums~"

She placed the ball with Nora the Alcremie on her belt, along with some of the other victims of the mysterious Fusion Camera.

"I could really use a Magikarp next." The girl thought to herself. "That'll be an easy picture to take, hehe~" the girl casually strolled off in search of her next catch...
