GET ME TO WAFF! I wanna go to Australia, I wanna kiss my boyfriend, I wanna meet my Ozzy fur friends!

The reason why I'm doing a fundraiser is because I physically cannot earn anymore money than I already right now without causing actual harm to my wrist long term to chase after enough dollars to get enough money in time for West Aussie Fur Frenzy 2024 in September 2024. I've no expectation I would get enough money on time, but one can hope. 🤞

I've crunched the numbers and broken down the budget into a number of milestones to help track how much I need for the convention.

I'll need to collect $2700 cumulative for just enough money for the whole trip.
Things to pay for
- WAFF'24 tickets: $75 (educated guess)
- Plane tickets round-trip: $350 at the cheapest (FUNDED)
- 4-nights hotel room: $750 (2 person room, sans breakfast? Hotel Esplanade, Fremantle) (FUNDED)
- Spending Money (food and Ubers): Something like $800
- September living costs: $700

THE CURRENT PHASE: HOTEL ROOMS. $20/$800 (2%)

WHY YOU SHOULD CARE

You have no reason to care. I just wanna get to Australia and kiss my beautiful partner and immerse myself in more furry culture! Will I actually get the money? NO IDEA, but it might just be possible.

WHEN'S THE DEADLINE?

THE END OF AUGUST 2024. The dang thing will probably in the first/second weekend of September so there's no more time left to collect after the August 2024.

WILL THERE BE DONATION REWARDS?

NO. There wouldn't be enough time in the world for me to make donation rewards while also earning money to keep a roof over my head and food on the table.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MONEY IF YOU DON'T MAKE IT?

If I don't actually manage to collect enough money for the hotel room in time, I'll probably just keep whatever money I have collected aside for future furry con ventures, assuming that no emergency would force my hand. It would suck a lot that I couldn't manage it by September 2024, but at least I will have tried.
