William was born on August 16th, 1949 in Inverary, Scotland. He is the older sibling of Horatio and the uncle to his and Helen"s children. He joined the City of Glasgow Police once he was old enough, serving for a handful of years before deciding to immigrate to the US for a change of pace. Arriving in L.A. in 1973, he held a few odd jobs before joining the Highway Patrol. He is very fond of his nieces and nephews and tries to visit them at least once a year.

Thank you! CHiPs was a major inspiration, but my uncle inspired the idea of him moving -except he moved from Scotland to Canada. :3
Oh, that's amazing! What part of Canada did he settle in, and did he work for a Law Enforcement Agency in Canada, like the Royal Mounted Canadian Police?
Thank you! I think he settled just outside of Ontario, but I'm not 100% sure. He was regional police as far as I know. ^^ <3
Still, it's quite interesting to know, and I bet his time in Canada was a pleasant one!
I hope so! I still have some relatives out there, but I haven't spoken to them in a good few years. Still, it's part of the world on my bucket list. ^^ <3
