Another little animation commissioned by   Walpurghg of a male alternate-colored Primarina doing some underwater welding to the hull of a damaged ship.

Again, no idea what the context is, and I don't question it.

Took about 5 hours because I added some quality lines and effects, and nearly the whole thing is keyframes save for some time-saves here and there.
