Sadly, there won't be a new Tree of Life page today, but I have something small I want to share with you :) When I made the sketch for page 70, there was a panel I just fell in love with. I was too taken with the composition and mood of that little panel, and it made me sad to think how tiny it will be on the page. I had no choice but to draw a separate picture to show it in full ^^ I hope you like it! I can't tell you how happy I am that the comic is finally at the point where the main characters show their emotions together and affect each other :)

Poor Tristran ain't got a shred of self confidence. Those thieves in his childhood really did a number on his psyche.

What a beautiful panel. I love the expresions on their faces.
It would appear that they are sitting on a bundle of sticks that are tied together. Nice bit of symbolism regarding the strength of a team!
