Sixteen Hypnovember commission.

A Robotic Snap
Lupe thought they needed a break.
After weeks of her group fighting against the forces of Eggman, the wolf woman decided that it was a good time for a break. Normally, Lupe would have turned down that idea, thinking that would be counter-productive and that it would give the evil doctor the opportunity to capture them, but as their group didn’t have any issues and they were also helped by Sonic and the others, she decided to accept the idea and give her team a day off.
The wolf woman was accompanied by Maria, her oldest daughter and her second in command. Both of them shared the same ideas, including having doubts about letting their guard down, but then again, they had a good week. Her group destroyed Eggman’s secret base in the forest, the group of Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Amy almost caught the doctor with the moustache and the new group of Shadow, Rouge, Silver and Blaze rescued some of the Mobians that were captured by him.
While everything sounded good, there was one thing that Lupe couldn’t ignore. It was related to Dulcy, a dragon gal and member of the resistance. The wolf woman understood that their situation was critical and tried to contact their group. The last time, she discovered that everyone was there except for Dulcy, who was last seen going to bed as she was tired after a tedious battle.
Lupe tried not to think about that, understanding that if she let those things affect them, her group would be affected in a negative way. It didn’t help that Maria kept talking about how the members of the resistance were doing, making emphasis on the last time they were together. Nonetheless, the wolf woman still had a positive attitude, thinking about the last time she had a calm walk with her daughter. Deciding not to let that affect her, Lupe and Maria continued with their break, talking about life and what they could do once all of this ended. Their ideas were good, the usual going back to doing the normal things they liked and trying to be in contact with the other groups.
Before they could continue enjoying that moment together, Lupe stopped, noticing a dark figure close to a tree. When Maria noticed it, she jumped in surprise before pulling out the knife she always had with her. As she waited for the signal of her mother to attack, the wolf woman remained silent while taking a closer look at the dark figure. She had an idea what it could be, but she was hoping it wasn’t that.
“Du…Dulcy?” Maria looked at her mother in shock before taking another look at the strange figure. Both looked like the two, tall, big wings and a long tail. Their suspicions turned out to be true once the dragon gal walked closer to them, revealing her new robotic body. The two wolves felt guilty for not helping their friend, even if they were not part of the same group, they considered each and every single member of the resistance important and seeing one of the most important members be turned into a mindless drone was something gut-wrenching.
They fought against Eggman’s robot countless times, but as this was someone they considered a friend, they just didn’t have the strength to attack her. On the other hand, Dulcy didn’t have any issues using her new abilities on her friends thanks to the changes that Eggman made with her mind. Moving her hand towards them, she activated a ray of light, blinding the two wolves for a moment. After Lupe recovered her sight, she threw a rock at Dulcy, making her fall in the process.
“We need to escape!” The wolf woman said before grabbing Maria by the hand. While everything came too quickly, she had a plan. They just needed to run away as fast as they could from Dulcy and alert the others while also thinking about a way of making their friend come back to them. Although it looked like a good thing, just before they could lose Dulcy, the robotic dragon gal moved her hand up and did something that changed everything.
SNAP!
The sound of her robotic hand was enough to make the two wolves drop their guard as they remained still, standing in attention with goofy smiles and green spirals in their eyes. While Lupe and Maria couldn’t think well, there was an explanation about what happened. The ray of light wasn’t her just blinding them for a moment, it had another effect, hypnotizing the two and adding a trigger into their minds. It was a simple thing, but by seeing how the two were, it was more than obvious that it was a powerful thing.
As Dulcy slowly walked where the two were, the robotic dragon gal continued to taunt them, snapping at different times, making them go deeper into that calm and sweet state of trance. With each snap, all those ideas about trying to fight the strange yet nice feeling quickly faded away with those ideas about being loyal to the resistance. Their minds were being scrambled and changed into something that Eggman was going to use for his own benefits.
With the two warriors under a deep state of trance, Dulcy was ready to take them to her master. It wasn’t necessary for her to command them to march there as Eggman requested her to pick the two, thinking that would be quicker and less suspicious. Neither of the wolves moved or were in fear, they were in such a deep state of calmness that they couldn’t see the gravity of the situation, and one part of their minds also didn’t want to do that.
Once she arrived back at the main base, the evil doctor congratulated her for her great job before commanding her to put the two hypnotized wolves into the robotization machine. While he was confident that they were not going to resist the changes in their bodies, Eggman still made Dulcy entrance them with the ray and the snaps. This was of course him taking precautions, not wanting the process of the robotization to be ruined by their own attempts at resisting.
Surprisingly, everything ended well. Lupe and Maria didn’t resist, Ducly continued to entrance them with the snaps that became the main trigger and the machine quickly did it’s thing, by turning the two warriors into mindless drones for him to use. The last part was the usual hacking of their minds, but as they were already affected by the hypnotic ray and snaps of Dulcy, that was far from a difficult process, finishing it at the five-minute mark.
As he admired his new servants, the evil doctor commanded the robotic dragon gal to bring them to the control room as he wanted to say a few things to the two. He also commanded her to go there too as he needed to discuss a few things with her. Yes, it looked like a good moment for him, but if he wanted to be the conqueror of Mobius, the evil doctor had to do a lot more and he knew what to do.
“When I started, I only had one robot, that being Dulcy. While I had a few doubts, she proved to me she was up to par and I hope the two of you could become someone as good as her,” Eggman said while smiling. While it looked like he was saying all those things to make Dulcy feel good, in reality, he was talking about himself. Each time he mentioned one of her accomplishments, he talked about how it was possible thanks to him and how there was no one like him. Of course, neither Dulcy or the other two robots reacted, preferring to remain still while continuing to hear the words of their master. “You’ll always be loyal to the Eggman empire, you’ll be part of my special group, one that will always serve and obey me, one that would do anything I say. Do you understand?”
“Yes, Master Eggman!” The three roboticized women said in unison, thinking about the commands of their new master and how loyal they had to be. As his army of former members of the resistance grew bigger, the evil doctor was ready to get more as he commanded them to go for the most important members of each group, like Tails or Sally and also whoever tries to stop them.
At last, his plans were finally going well. After failure after failure, he didn’t have one but three members of the resistance under his control. While he wanted to get more and see how his enemies would become his slaves, Eggman remained calm, understanding that he needed to be patient. He was also confident in Dulcy, his new second in command that proved to be a great addition to his collection. It didn’t matter what it was, a ray of light, a hypnotic screen or a snap.
In the end, everyone was going to fall.
