For the past few years Tyco has tried to cash in on all the give-away candy that folks have on Halloween in attempt to satiate his endless appetite. Alas, after a few too many years of shenanigans (not always his fault as well!) the community forbade him to go out trick or treating this year. Additionally, this year it seemed that all his friends were at exclusive spooktackular parties. Trying his best, Tyco mustered all the willpower he could to take his turn to have a bowl of candy for any trick or treaters that would come to his (garage) door.
Nobody knows if its because Tyco lives on a service alley in the city or if its a generational thing, but few children came his house to interrupt his loneliness. Catching wind of this, some neighborhood kobolds quickly hatched a plan to cheer up the dragon and let him know how well they think of him...
