If the character in question is exceptionally busty, fat, pregnant, tall, muscular, etc. (i.e. if the character in question has breasts larger than their own head, or has a pregnant belly that touches the floor, or something of the like), that could garner an additional fee, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis (the minimum typically being around $5).

Terms and Conditions
As the artist, I hold the right to post anything and everything that I draw; especially commissions. If you don"t want to have your commission posted in my galleries (or would like to remain anonymous when the commission is posted) for whatever reason, then please declare so when making your purchase. In addition, all clients who purchase a commission are allowed to post said commission into their own galleries; so long as they give proper credit where credit is due. In other words, so long as they show and/or claim that the artwork in question was created by me (SatsumaLord) and no one else. Moreover, as the artist, I reserve the right to decline any commission request that comes my way; especially if it goes against my beliefs or interests as an artist.
In order to purchase a commission, you must contact me via note on either DeviantArt, Furaffinity, Weasyl, etc. with the title, My Commission or [username]"s Commission Description. The reasoning behind this method is so that I can better keep track of your commission information. Because of this, emails, IM"s and other forms of contact will not be accepted for the purposes of acquiring a commission. As for determining whether or not your commission has been accepted, I (the artist) will send you a note stating that I have accepted your commission and will also provide a basic time estimate of when I"ll be able to begin work on said commission.
With regards to purchasing a commission, I will send you a digital invoice via the email address that you wish to be contacted by. Please do not just send your payment to me electronically, as invoices help me to keep better track of whether or not you actually paid for your commission. In addition, in order to purchase a more mature-themed commission, you must be at least 18 years of age or older. Anyone below that age that wish to commission mature-rated artwork will be turned away.
Furthermore, once the invoice has been sent to your email address, please be sure to pay for it as soon as possible, so that I can begin work on your piece. If you don"t pay the invoice first, then I won"t start on your commission until the invoice in question has been paid.
*As for the commission itself, when ordering a commission, please provide as detailed a description as possible of what you"d like for the piece. This includes an accurate/up-to-date description of the characters involved; along with information regarding the situation and type of background you would like for the piece (if applicable). If at all possible, please provide me with reference material of your characters, along with the commission description. This will help me to better understand what you would like done for the piece.
*Addendum – while reference images are preferable, just detailed character descriptions are also acceptable for the sake of ordering a commission; however, be advised that developing a completely new character from just a text description could result in an additional fee, depending on the complexity of the character’s design or the amount of information given regarding the character (the minimum typically being around $5).
*Upon completion of the initial sketch, you will be emailed/DM’d a copy of the sketch for critique and revision. If you, the client, deem that no revisions are necessary for the piece, then I will continue on to the inking and coloring stages; assuming that"s what’s been paid for. If revisions are deemed necessary however, then I will apply said revisions to the sketch before initiating the inking and coloring process (again, assuming that"s what’s been paid for).
*Addendum – please note that the commissioner will not be allowed to recommend revisions, if the commissioner in question only paid for a sketch. Revisions to said sketch will only be allowed if the commissioner purchased a B/W Inked piece or better.
However, in regards to making revisions, be advised that if you wish to have your commission idea changed to a completely different idea at any time (like for example, you wish to change your breast expansion piece to a pregnancy piece, while I"m inking the breast expansion piece), then you will face additional charges; usually anywhere between $30 - $50 or more, depending on the new piece commissioned and how far I"ve gotten with the original piece. This is because such major changes would require me to completely redraw the piece, essentially forcing me to do twice the work.
To best avoid this situation, please provide me with as detailed a description as humanly possible when making your commission request and be absolutely sure of what you want drawn before commissioning me. Minor changes to a piece (like longer ears, a smaller nose, larger hands, etc.) will not accrue additional charges, and will be applied as quickly and accurately as possible, without penalty.
Be aware however, that if I have to make several minor modifications to your piece (i.e. more than three) in an update, or if I have to make a major change to your commission (like a completely different outfit for a character), I will charge a fee based on the changes that are asked for. This is so that I (the artist) am properly compensated for my work, since I cannot afford to be continually editing the same piece for a long period of time.
As for turn-around, your commission will typically be completed from anywhere between four days to four months, depending on the number of clients ahead of you, the amount of housework I have to deal with, and other instances and situations beyond my control. I will kindly ask that you, the client, be as patient as possible when waiting for your commission; for I offer my guarantee that your commission will be completed as soon as I am physically able. Thusly, I will respectfully ask that you, the client, do not hound me every day, in an attempt to have me work on your commission faster. I will do my absolute best to get your piece done, but also keep in mind that "it"ll get done when it gets done" and constantly bugging me about your commission won"t make me work on it any faster.
With regards to refunding payment, a refund will only be given if I, for whatever reason, fail to provide you with the initial sketch of your piece, after four months of initially receiving your payment. Beyond that, no refunds will typically be given, under any other circumstance.
*With regards to non-fungible tokens, under no circumstance is my artwork to be used to make a non-fungible token (NFT), and that is especially the case with any artwork I am commissioned to make for you, the client. I have no desire, interest or inclination to participate in any kind of culture or practice based around NFTs; and with that in mind, I do not give any form of consent, with regards to the idea of using my artwork in any form (whether it be my own personal artwork, or artwork that I was commissioned to make for another person) to be minted into an NFT.
*Addendum - much like with NFTs, under no circumstance is my artwork to be used in an A.I. image generation program, nor is my work (commissioned or otherwise) to be used as a basis for A.I. generated images, of any kind. I have no desire, interest or inclination to participate in anything related to A.I. generated imagery; and with that in mind, I do not give any form of consent, with regards to the idea of using my artwork in any form (whether it be my own personal artwork, or artwork that I was commissioned to make for another person) to be used in the making of A.I. generated images.
Lastly, as not only an artist but also a person, I demand to be treated with both the respect and dignity of a human being. I will not tolerate being called names, of any variety, based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or any other moniker; nor will I tolerate purposefully offensive behavior or threats against my life and/or livelihood. Such a crude attitude towards myself, especially while I"m working on your commission, will immediately lead to your detriment; which you can read more about in the "Breaking of the Terms and Conditions" portion of this document.
Breaking of the Terms and Conditions
If any of the above Terms and Conditions are broken by the offending client (i.e. via fraudulent payment of the commission, constantly referring to me, the artist, by a racial slur, openly hounding me about the progress of your commission on a daily basis, etc.), then the offender will immediately be black listed; thus labeling the offending client as a "problem client" and resulting in the immediate banning from my galleries.
In addition, all other artists on multiple online art communities (including but not limited to DeviantArt, Furaffinity, Weasyl, etc.) will be immediately informed of the problem client"s infractions and misbehavior, thus hindering the possibility of the offender from receiving artwork from other artists. Furthermore, if the client breaks the terms and conditions above, any money given to me for a commission by the offender will not be refunded and the commission itself will be either destroyed, repurposed into a different piece, or used as a part of the black-listing process, depending on the case.
These rules are here for a reason and open offenders of these rules will not be tolerated.
Final Statements
Finally, it should be noted that this document is subject to change by me (SatsumaLord); especially in regards to what will and won"t be drawn, as well as any special offers that may be made available in the foreseeable future.
If there are any questions regarding the above rules and conditions, please feel free to ask them; for further queries into the subject will better help me provide services to you, the client; as well as help to better clarify any of the aforementioned conditions discussed in this document.
Thank you for reading and I hope to receive your business someday soon.
