The air was clear and the skies were calm. Streaks of an azure blue began to crawl over the sky, the warmth of day slowly giving way to the shadow of night. The sun slowly descending beyond the mountains on the horizon. An array of pinks, oranges, and yellows following the star as it made its retreat from the world. Shadows grew long on the land beyond, dancing with the leaves of the trees in the valley below. Distant crashing of a waterfall an ever present reminder of the flow of time. Ever moving and never stopping to wait for those caught up in its currents.
Yet there was no rush on the cliffs where two rested. A fluffy white dragon and a raptor of unusual origin lay on the grass together. Basking in the last rays of light and the warmth that was provided by the sun, enjoying their quiet time together. A long day spent catching up, playing, and hunting together capped off with snuggles and the surreal sight of the picturesque valley below. The grass below cradling the two, seemingly reaching up to soak in the last light before retiring for the night~

This is so beautiful! The landscape down below looks idyllic, like some pseudo Japanese style paradise realm. The sunset is truly beautiful and gives off the impression that this is a nice pleasant evening for them.
