Going down the Alternate Universe rabbit hole here. In the actual Fallout Equestria campaign I play in, Nemesis is a cutthroat raider chief who became Doc's... erm, nemesis as Doc grew into the role of wasteland hero. This is a "What If" scenario, if Nemesis (a very large horse due to her mutations) was instead a Stable Dweller like doc was (keeping the mutation part). Well, turns out the Stable would need to carry some 4XL jumpsuits. And maybe a bigger couch.

This is an optimal size. Big enough to snuggle like a bed, yet survive the snu snu. XD
Should show her down the road when she is bigger than the couch and still wants to talk it all up with him.
They might have to consider moving out of the Stable while she can still fit through the main vault door! :o
Not gonna lie, would love to see a future scene of them outside of the stable and both of them are dealing with raiders. Mostly to see how Nemesis would use her mutation in such a scenario….

Her mutation started when she was very young, causing her to slowly grow at a much bigger rate compared to the non-mutant mares her age. She can't control it however. It has slowed a lot once she became an adult, but "slowed" is not the same as "stopped".
As for traveling out to deal with raiders, she is a melee kind of warrior, so she'd probably grab big, blunt weapons and start swinging. There's a decent amount of muscle in that mare!

I love the composition you put together. The poses look quite natural, and also the friendly 'fight' between the characters.
