A result of the various scraps and territorial struggles that came with being a dragon and a pirate, and the possibility of her desire to show her wealth to her criminal compatriots, Trisharentha has a few replacement fangs made of gold. It is unknown who the brave and perhaps mad souls that made the fangs capable of not melting with the flaming breath of a fully grown Red Dragon or installed them are. The regular maintenance that goes into tending to scratches and tarnishing of the metallic mouth decorations implies a great deal of trust from the captain for the secrecy and likely a very comfortable life for them, whoever they may be.

I'll be honest I've just been VERY lazy with this one, we got this headshot near the tail-end of 2022 and just forgot to upload it, and it's been on Lurker's page for months but I've been too lazy to just copy his stuff over, oops. I figure I may as well go ahead and get that taken care of right now.
