Breloom is one of Hoenn's chosen Pokemorphs alongside Tropius, Absol, Grovyle,
Mightyena, Delcatty, Manectric, Zangoose, Linoone, Swampert, Blaziken, Swellow
and the others. Breloom and Grovyle had trained together under the watchful eye
of Tropius at the treetops of Fortree City, with their companions by their side.

Breloom and Grovyle had defeated the Rustboro Gym back when the two were
pre-evolved as Treecko and Shroomish, earning them a Stone Badge for their efforts.
In the Petalburg Gym Match, Breloom had defeated big Slaking with his Low Sweep
and Sky Uppercut, sending Slaking flying through the ceiling, earning him a Balance Badge
for his amazing battle effort.
