Terror Ticks are small daemons, almost as common as Daemon Imps. Much like the latter, they are instinct-driven killing machines that, by design, aim to cause their prey as much pain as possible before consuming it. Their teeth are cloaked in blue flames at all times, causing a burning pain whenever they deliver a bite.
The Terror Tick's preferred form of attack is to form groups of multiple individuals that can swarm a single target and rip it apart while it is still alive and screaming.

The best way of dealing with a Terror Tick is to strike it with piercing attacks aimed directly into its gaping maw. The image above shows Jera the She-devil preparing to do exactly that with a pair of Magma Spears*.

Magma Spear = a novice-level, dual-element (Earth Fire) spell of the "Creation Path of Magic". Costs 200 mana to use, requires a 2 in the Intelligence stat, and falls into the melee category of attack spells. Deals piercing and elemental damage.
