I'm not sure if it's been explained here before, but Anna is something of a living energy converter! She can do things like photosynthesise to take in light, charge up with electricity, or absorb heat from the environment to store as chemical energy in her body. Of course, this works both ways, and charging herself up also gives her opportunity to unleash all kinds of energies - including the electricity you see here!
