Meet Mora. A jolteon scientist who made it her mission to crack the code of the eeveelution. By studying the various evolution stones, and their effect on Eevee dna, as well as some questionable science, she cracked the code.
Creating a unique gem, she implanted it in her body, allowing her to freely transform into any other eeveelution! But it has a side effect of also changing her very personality!
