Lol, probably wouldn't take much to get one of them to talk with that kind of torture, nice.
Simple fix: keep the gags on and tickle for one hr, remove gag and retrieve cookies ... guaranteed lengthy tickle, just make sure to record tickling and hide for future blackmail.
