This figure evokes all that is fair and right in the world. The scale's in Justice's hand imply a careful weighing of factors and circumstances, and the fact that they are blindfolded is a traditional symbol of Justice's impartiality. All around them, the world is a riot of color and growth and change and movement, because that is the complex world they are faced with, but the figure themself is stolid and grey, as justice should be rote, should be applied equitably to all, should not itself carry any colorful biases. The pride spectrum outside the window--and the heart in his clenched fist--suggest some particular areas of our modern world that need more application of justice's fair hand--or their blades, if needed.
