TL;DR I'm willing to work with people full-time, and regardless of how big or complex any asset is, it'll just be 3 bucks per asset. Pretty much what it says on the tin.
If you ask for visual novel portraits, for instance, each one's 3 bucks no matter how big or complicated. Also have the Sprite Sheet Clause which means if it's multiple graphics that make up an animated asset, that counts as just one.
