I gotta say, I spent a certain amount of time deconstructing certain visual and anatomical incongruities before finally realise that that was a hambone joint, not a scrotum.

Hahahah, you know, I was painfully aware of that while I was painting it XD This is probably going to be the last SFW page possible as Pet is canonically a strict nudist, and after this page I'm just gonna give up trying to cover anything up lol.
Is being a strict nudist common in the setting, or is that just a her thing?
It's semi-common. Her entire people are nudists (they're shapeshifters, so wearing typical clothing or armour gets in the way), but also the world is fairly sexually liberal and a good deal more open/chill about that sort of thing overall.
Gamewise, we made it a Racial Trait - she takes penalties if she's forced to wear clothing, generally speaking.

Open enough that we'd have to censor the campaign setting if we wanted to play it with any of our real life friends lol.
Basically, the setting is a sentient plane that, for whatever reason, kinda likes stealing things/people/places from other planes. It's a curious and mercurial being, and when it does these things, it tends to change them slightly, bringing out latent desires and secret wishes. So... it's just kind of a horny world, overall XD If we're talking a multiverse, travelers would be like, "You just came from Theglavwen?? Oooooooh, yeah, no need to talk about what happened to you there... What happens in Theglavwen stays in Theglavwen!"
It's just the sort of world where you might be walking through town and literally see people having a little tryst in the alley and be like, yup. Or go through the entertainment district and everyone's wearing scandalous kinky club wear or just completely naked, just as a matter of course.
