After being saved by the Bad Guys from the tickling device donated by Professor Marmalade, Mr. Wolf is back doing crimes again in the city. But it seems that the device may have done something to his mind, because his next objective is going to city hall and tickle the Governor Diane Foxington. Unfortunate for the Governer that no one knew that the big bad wolf is inside, though she doesn't need help for the fox has something up her sleeves.
