Back to the Futur, Lord of the Rings, Matrix... I imagine it now.... and Rex have the same expression in all of them :D

I mean i am sure i saw bits and piecess of them here and there when i was really small but i didn't remember anything about the plot ( as there was a language barrier back then ). SO i pretty much saw them for the first time right now. It's almost a meme that the 4th movie is.... special. Some even refuse to accept that there is a 4th Indiana jones movie. Well now there's a 5th one too? I did not hear good things about that one either. I guess i will give the 3rd one a watch as well at some point.

Heh, Rex is Lawfull neutral. And he has had to keep not only Jon out of danger his whole life, but also Spike as they grew up togheter and later on Talon and Fang. I imagine him being very jaded so his default tone will be like that, skeptical of any idea or adventure. Not mad just, untrusting and tired of shenanigans. Like an overtaxed parent.

Spike is Chauthic neutral. SO i imagine him being the adventorouse sort that is willing to take risks regardless of danger and is a seeker of adventrue and discovery. SO i figured he'd fit Indi's role the best.

The last character, Squee is still kind of a mystery to mee as well. I know he will be mechanicly inclined ( so he will be one of the best at thinkering with old human tech ) and i also know he is going to be foreign ( so he will speak very little inteligable language ). He is also not part of the core group ( meanning in the comic they haven't actually met him yet )

Beyond that, everything is up in the air. Including his look. I kind of want to make him an Earth biomorph ( so descendent from local fauna, unlike all the others which are alien ).Geko perhaps. But i haven't seattled on anything yet. So for now he is a pink... erm... something.

Indiana Johns 5 will be released in a few days....
Unfortunately, a lot of people said that Harrison Ford is getting old for this role and the storyline didn't look that great.

What worries me the most comes from those who have seen it. They say the ending is very 'brave', 'daring' and that terrifies me personally...

For Squee ..... Ajder, what a teaser! A person like him could be important in this world as a native.
There could be a lot of interaction with the main characters !
Especially if he knows human technology well. It makes him a bit of a "retro guy", I like it
And for the language barrier it could be funny too

Well it's most probably the last time we see Harison Ford donning the mantle of Indiana Jones. So in one form or another it's going to be a passing of the torch movie. And there's a lot of deviciveness about hwo will be picking up that torch. At least as far as i have heard. So yes, like you said, when you hear about something being brave, daring, andinovative these days, it's something to be concerned about.

As for Squee, he might, if the characters would have anything particularly usefull to learn from human technology. The elves are far more advanced than humans in present year, so it's not like they can learn something particularly usefull from their technology. As it stands their interest, as xeno-archeologists essentially, is purelly intelectual. To document the only other intelligent life ( or what's left of it ) they have found in their 10s of thousands of years exploring the galaxy ). Still, there's some things they could learn, and having somebody around who understands kind of how this technology is supposed to work ( even if it doesn't because of hundreads of years of neglect and exposure ) would be usefull.

And as seen in the above picture, actually Squee is very small. Even smaller than Jon. I imagine him to be todlar size. SO very small with comicly large tools.

Ahah okay, we have a Rocket-Racoon in an engineer form !

And yeah, If alien come on earth today, even if they are very advanced they would be curious to know how a car engine works....
And at first, it would be difficult for them to understand this technology...
It would be easier to ask an earthling about it (even if... of course they don't need it in the end, but it's faster in this case and more gratifying)

So yes, it makes sens
