Love the whole feel and brightness of this art.
Despite the demise of whatever empire that built such architecture and cities that lie today in ruins these don't look typically grin but... almost like an echo of life and even some ancient knowledge is hidden with them
No wonder the demon-draggy decided to visit such place - curiousity is a thing that is very much leads such beings to find something new
Not to mention that the places like this definitely give the sense of solitude and peace

I saw the finished piece and immediately thought of a bit of worldbuilding backstory where humanity has gone extinct (super viruses? nuclear fallout? evacuated earth due to no more resources etc.), then imagined other animals becoming the next major intelligent life... or maybe evolving rapidly due to radiation... gah, I don't know :>

Why the hell not?
Or atleast a distant alien civilization from other planet that went from physical existence and transgressed into spitritual form of life
Who knows?
