Philly has some of the best mascots~ Phang, Swoop, the Phanatic, and many more~
I'll give you 2/3. The Phanatic has been screwed up so many ways it could be the subject of a movie.
Franklin's usually pretty cool though, and Gritty... Well, he's deliberately bad, so I tend not to count him towards the average.
