Another  Koshhhata girl that came with the commission of Butterscotch trapped in the toy box. If you're wondering why she looks a little bit like Diane Foxington, it's because Kosh messed up the layers on the original YCH character and offered to remake her. Her design is inspired by some JP Bad guys fan art and Diane was just smokin' hot!

Chel was suppose to be another one of the influencers captured in my story, but we'll get to it when we get to it. Overall, Chel serves to be Butterscotch's BFF(and occasional sex friend). another garden variety thot who documents her life as a small time actress.
