Story:
“Alex and Aurora”
Admiring the image before he dozed off, Alex smiled to himself. His wife, Aurora, was already asleep in bed. Covering himself in familiar sheets, he flipped his pillow to a colder side, then bestowed a light kiss into his wife’s forehead.
“Goodnight.”
‘Grass. Ain’t that new!’
Alex woke up, his environment surrounded by color. What he didn’t get was that dreams usually ended about the time he started seeing color. Weird.
Getting up from his spot laying down in the grassy field, he noticed his… ghostly white hands. Additionally, his hair seemed to have grown a large length, like a light-blue bowl cut. The house in the distance indicated he had grown much, much shorter to top it off. As if playing basketball wasn’t hard enough.
‘Okay, so when does this end? Very funny, brain.’ He noticed his bottom was covered in a skirt and drapes, like a full body dress. But… he was definitely still male. His legs were thin as spears, and… his head felt a sharp pain.
{SHES OVER THERE}
Grasping his toddler-sized head, his hand grazed against his head into a pink horn in the front. Touching it only intensified the headache and he began to wander. Leading himself in random directions, until he found a direction that seemed to calm his headache. Yes… let’s move here…
Alex’s head throbbed. His dream world seemed to shift… his real world… fading away… a distant memory to his current reality.
How did he get here, and what was the green lizard he was staring at in the ground?
“Bagon. Always thought it sounded like bacon” he spoke. That’s right, it was a Bagon! Alex had versed knowledge of Pokémon since he was a little kid… a human kid. Not… what was he?
“Ralts.” He spoke, and it fit fine to his description, although there was something else about the two that seemed just a bit out of place.
The Bagon on the grassy ground’s eyes fluttered.
“Shiny… and… once human.” Alex spoke. They were both shinies, yes. And once human… he knew he was for sure, but not this random Bagon. Although, it did seem unlikely… Alex decided to poke at it with a question.
The Bagon stood up and surveyed its surroundings from the ground, noticing the Ralts and quickly jumping aside taking a hostile stance.
“Wh-who are you! Where am I? Stay away!” She said. She.
“Aurora?” Alex inquired, to which all hostility dropped.
“Alex? Are you that… thing?” Aurora asked.
“I’m a Ralts.” He corrected, “and you’re a Bagon. They’re both Pokémon. You’re a dragon type and I-“
“Okay, I really could care less about that right now.” Aurora stopped. She didn’t know too much about Pokémon anyways, despite his fruitless attempts to get her into the games. “What’s going on? This can’t be a dream since… I felt my fatigue when I got up”.
“I don’t know… but we have to find a way to get out of here first, right?” The shiny Ralts said, to which the fellow shiny Pokémon nodded in turn.
They surveyed their surroundings. Nothing but tall grass stalks and a blue sky adorned with clouds and a smiling sun. In the distance was more grass blades. They were… much shorter than before.
Holding hands and passing the grass through to the other side, they got a better look at the transported universe. A tree was housing sleeping Kakuna and a Metapod, civilization to the left were buildings and, what Alex recognized as, a Pokémon center, and to the right was a boy. A human, just like they… were.
The boy didn’t notice as he left the area leaving the extremely rare catch of two Shiny Pokémon to stand in the grass unfazed.
Alex muttered. “If the kid was smart he’d catch us…”
“Quiet! Just find some way to get out of here.” Aurora hushed. Her new draconic paws flexed a few times in testing, and Alex looked at his own. White with little stubby fingers, which reminded him of babies. His round eyes under his blue bangs weren’t helping him exactly look more mature, either.
The Ralts thought of what was around, unknowingly expanding their psychic influence, which took a big strain onto the young vessel. But he saw a light near the Pokémon Center, blinding and beaming with assistance.
‘It’d be best to head there.’ he thought. ‘We can get information and maybe talk to other Pokémon to see what’s up.’
“Aurora, we can head to the center over there.” He gestured with his arm to the red-roofed building in a minutes walk.
“How does that help us?” She responded impatiently.
“We can find people to help us out, we won’t find anyone helpful just standing here.” He said, grabbing his wife’s paw into his. “Come on now, let’s go.”
Leading her through the tall grass, the two Shiny Pokémon passed large blades, spotting a few eyes their way from ‘fellow’ wild Pokémon eyeing them with suspicion and curiosity. Where was a Bagon hatchling and infant Ralts doing so far from their nests, and shinies at that?
But most wilds quickly came to a common consensus among themselves. Shiny Pokémon were, more often than not, abandoned by their nests as their unusual coats attract predators very easily from their patterns being easy to spot.
A shame, a wild Spinarak thought, that Arceus had treated them this way.
A burst of civilization hit the two.
Still held tight against each other, they were blinded by a big sight. A sign close by read “VERDANTURF”. A quick recognition for Alex confirmed they were in Hoenn, as his suspicion from their species’ region of origin.
A few traveling trainers were about. Some walking, some talking, and their partners always by their side. It seemed to be quite the peaceful place, and it seemed as if the town itself welcomed them with open arms. The Pokémon center glowed bright and the chatter of real, human language was heard, as well as more raspy, unusual voices that varied significantly. Although it seemed to be the same human language they were all speaking, but Alex recognized the language barrier right away.
It seemed too unreal. The changes they both experienced seemed supernatural, and although Alex was rather interested in his new scenario, they both were very afraid.
“Woah! Didn’t see you two guys here!”
Looking up, the two Shinies met the eyes of a young boy; Alex thought he could be no older than 15.
“H-hey, who are you?”
“Oh, who said that?” The boy recoiled and rubbed his neck, quickly whipping his head around to look about.
“It’s me! The Ralts! Am I not speaking to you now?” Alex questioned, to which the boy blinked in disbelief.
“I can understand you, huh?… it must be some Psychic thing, I guess.”
“W-who are you! Go away from us!” Aurora barked, to which the boy chuckled a bit.
“You can tell your girlfriend here that it’s okay, by the way. I’m not gonna do anything sketchy. But her little noises are pretty cute for a baby dragon. Listen, I’m Damian,” he squatted down and held a hand out. “It’s good to meet you two. If you have names, you can tell me them later, but I think for now we should really get you two looked at; you’re both pretty banged up.”
Alex looked down at his body, and then noticed a bruise, a few cuts, and that he was now exhausted. The adrenaline must’ve worn off from scurrying through the bushes in a new world. Next to him, Aurora, too, was rather damaged.
“Alright then… Damian. Can you help us?” Alex asked.
“Never said I wouldn’t.” Damian offered them his arm to climb onto, to which, after Alex encouraged her, they both accepted. Now, with Shiny Pokémon sported on each shoulder, Damian entered the center.
A bright room with white colors and red accents greeted the trio. It was lit finely with tones of a natural sweetness in the air, and lots of people housed inside. Of those people, almost every last one of them eyed the newcomer flaunting two Shinies.
“Bought with Mommy’s money, no doubt.”
“No lifer.”
“I bet it’s breeded illegally.”
Thoughts flooded Alex’s powerful Psychic-Type mind, and his head rang whenever he looked someone’s way, their thoughts slowly trickling into his head and he being forced to read them. All this was new to him, and he clutched his head in a newfound form of pain.
‘God! Or Arceus? This is worse than a migraine…’
“Hello! Welcome to the Pokémon Center, Damian! What are we looking at today?” A kind voice rang, breaking the thoughts from Alex’s head, as his human companion was greeted by the all-too classic Nurse of the Pokémon Center. He had three guesses as to what her name was.
“Hey, Joy. Thing is, I found these two guys outside and wanted you to check them out for me. They seemed exhausted and maybe a bit injured…” he explained, setting Aurora and Alex down on the red countertop, for the two small Pokémon to be examined by Nurse Joy.
“My! You are aware these are Shinies, right? Not only that, Ralts itself are rare around Verdanturf! And Bagon can’t even be found here!” She narrowed her eyes seriously at Damian, causing Aurora to narrow hers to match the threat. “You wouldn’t happen to be caught up in a poaching
ring… have you?”
“N-no… it’s not like-“
“Only joking! Loosen up, for Arceus’ sake!” The jubilant vibe returned to her. “But in all seriousness, I’m shocked you’ve came across them. We’ll need to run a few tests, but last I know you only had two Pokémon. I assume you’re adding these to your team?”
“Most definitely!… if they’d want to, right guys?” Damian turned to the two Pokémon.
“I do not object. I thing traveling with you would be a good idea.” Alex replied, and on behalf of his wife, added “Aurora agrees.”
‘Do not! Listen, Alex, this is a lot to take in-“
‘What else do we do? He’s nicer than some of those other kids in this place, and I can talk with him, babe.’ Alex explained, his voice indecipherable to the two humans. ‘Let’s just see how it is.’
“Then I’ll need two Pokéballs for them.” Nurse Joy prompted, to which Alex fished out two ordinary looking balls, but quickly stuck a sticker on the teo. One with a pink eye and the other with a fearsome curled dragon. He handed them over and she palmed them, her Chanseg wheeling a cart to which she ushered the two Pokémon onto.
“You and your seals, honestly, Damian. Even back in grade school you were ranting about this.”
“It’s a very good idea, Joy!” He argued, albeit lightly, “I have basically zero aura, so it’s hard enough to tell which Pokémon are in which balls, so the seals help… even if it might be a bit embarrassing to some people.”
“I think it’s a bit cute.” Nurse Joy replied with a wink. “The checkup should only take 5 minutes unless there’s something urgent, so come into the back with Chansey and we can find you a nice spot to wait for the two… Right! Before I forget to, please catch them.”
“Right, almost forgot!” Damian replied, receiving his two stickered Pokéballs back and holding the two out in front of the Pokémon.
“Just touch the button on the front, and try not to panic so much. If you do… it’ll just cost me another 200 Poke. So please don’t? Heh…”
‘Aurora, just touch the butto-‘
‘I heard him, Alex. I can still understand them, yknow…’ the two Shinies were abruptly sucked into the balls. On the outside world, they shook in his hands lightly before the button flowed green on both, a satisfying clicking sound ringing through as a wave of excitement flushed through Damian. Two Shinies, and a Pokémon he could talk to! He couldn’t wait to show his team this!
Calm.
Serene, too.
Everything was alright.
Nothing to worry about.
Not a sound.
No souls.
Relaxed.
*Snap!*
Materializing forth from his Pokéball, Alex stepped back into the real world. His ball was filled with nothing, but at the same time, everything. Forest clearings dotted his individual world and now he was back. He could definitely see the appeal of staying in a ball, now.
His draconic wife was already waiting for him, and the two were rolled away on the cart to the back. They passed medical tech and machines the two had never seen before, and what looked to be one of the healer machines that Alex recognized. Doors opened to doors as they passed a few chambers with bedridden patients, until they entered an ordinary checkup room. The walls dotted with posters, one of a tree-ridden Skitty with a “Hang In There!” caption and one with a Pikachu’s anatomy. Medical supplies riddled a desk nearby.
The Chansey spoke to the two. ‘Now you two dears hang tight, okay? It must be very scary out there with no mommy or daddy, but you’re safe here, mmmkay? We’ll give you great care!” The Chansey assured, bowing before leaving the two alone. A slight knock seconds later was followed by the entrance of the same Joy.
“Hey, you two! I’m very glad to be analyzing you today.” She said, setting down her clipboard and slapping on medical gloves. In her left hand was a small device they couldn’t recognize. “You two are my first Shiny Pokémon I’ve ever had the joy of examining for real! I’ll start with the little Ralts.” Her checkup began, reminding Alex a bit of his own doctor at home. She took his heartbeat and pricked him with a needle, which he knew from her idle thoughts was a vaccination. He really wasn’t used to knowing what everyone around him was thinking.
The small green device was gently placed in his earlobe, and with two clicks, she retreated and hummed to herself, jotting it in the clipboard.
‘Just as I thought.’ Alex heard. What it meant, he had not a single clue.
His wife’s checkup went largely the same, although she had her reflexes tested and he did not. He assumed Psychic-Types didn’t as they were more physically frail, especially in their first stage.
“And that concludes it! I hope it wasn’t too much torture… I’ll send your trainer in with me in a moment so we can go over some things.” Nurse Joy said with a smile, quickly leaving. A calling of a name was heard.
‘So what do we do? If it was a dream I think I would’ve woken up before this random nurse gave me a physical…’ Aurora said, sighing.
‘We’ll have to see later once we get time to ourselves, Aurora.’ Alex assured. ‘Right now we should get someplace to stay with Damian.’
Speaking of him, he walked in trailed by the familiar Joy. He took a hand into Alex’s new hair and ruffled it a bit, with a greeting to the two, before sitting down. Joy chose to stand during her speech.
“Now, you have two very rare and special Pokémon here, sir. And I expect you treat them very well, alright?” She chided.
“Come on, what’s eight years of friendship?” Damian chuckled.
Nurse Joy grumbled. “Nevertheless… I assume you know a Ralts diet since I recall you cared for one in the past. Bagon are similar in diet but also prefer more hearty berries or meat. Keep that in mind. Now, as Shinies, we both know that only changes their appearance, but I would be careful of suspicious figures. It may be wise to not let them out too often in public to avoid attention until they’re strong enough to take care of themselves. As for some more general information on the two… Bagon is a Hasty natured Female, reported Level 4, and Ralts is a Modest natured Male, reported Level 6. Bagon is moderate in all stats but excels in Defense and Attack, while your Ralts excels in… surprisingly, every single stat except for Defense, which is reported to be very low. Out of 31, his Defense Value is only a 2, but all his other stats are a perfect 31. Quite the glass cannon Gallade you might have, right? Might be a good idea to think about the Elite Four?”
“Hah, as if. I’ve got a few more years until I get to that.” Damian sighed.
“Speaking of years, both Ralts and Bagon share the same age, although Bagon is a few months older. However, both Pokémon are 5 years old. I suggest getting some protection pretty quickly, and for the foreseeable future.” She stated. “Usually those two species are much higher leveled and even evolved by the time they’re 5. A basic growth stunt in the two causes a few setbacks that can last a few years, the most common, of course, being potty training. I would think they wouldn’t be ready without them for at minimum one year.”
‘What? We’re both potty trained! We don’t need anything like that, right?’ Aurora turned to her new trainer, who just chuckled and patted her on the back.
“Looks like you’ll need a bit of protection. Luckily, they sell it here for you guys. It may be a bit new, but you’ll fit right in, don’t worry.” Damian encouraged.
“I have some sample sizes here for you, Damian.” Nurse Joy said, handing him two infantile diapers; both pure white with a long yellow strip down the front and into the back, serving as a wetness indicator. “It is Center policy anyways, so unless you’d like to be kicked out, those go on or I see some evidence they’re trained.”
“No, it’s fine as usual. Didn’t have a problem with Pixie or Fleet needing them, so these two won’t either.” He assured, getting Alex’s attention at the two names mentioned.
Handing him the two diapers, Damian took one and unwrapped it fully, laying it down on the table and gently gesturing for Alex to lay down.
“It’s just until we figure things out, okay?”
“A-alright…” Alex spoke, his Psychic power allowing his trainer to catch every word. “I understand.”
The diaper was laid out on his bottom as his skirt was lifted up and powder was lightly applied, and Alex’s new diaper was taped up efficiently over his bottom, he stood up and marveled it. He blushed heavily through his pale skin, although it was rather soft…
He watched as it was his wife’s turn. The green dragon squirmed in her trainer’s touch, but soon relaxed as her diaper was put on. Hers was slightly thicker than his, he noted.
“Great to see this wasn’t a mess like one of the other times… You know, Damian, one time we had a Braviary, just a year old, had to have three Joys come and coax him into one…”
Alex and Aurora were perched on the shoulders of their new Pokémon Trainer. An unusual load wrapped their bottoms, that being a crinkly, white diaper. Their Pokéballs stored safely in his pocket, Damain walked back to his modest home in Verdanturf. His father funded his travels for the most part, and he was grateful to have been blessed with generous parents.
He fished his house key out from his bag pocket and he fiddled with his door before finally cracking it open. Walking in, he grabbed his two new Pokémon and gently laid them down on the carpeted ground, locking the door behind him.
“Well, guys… here’s where I live. Pretty boring, right?”
Alex saw a stairwell in front of him, and the room surrounding led to a kitchen, bathroom, closet, living room… and assaulting his mind was another voice.
‘Damian! You’re home!’ Sounded the voice from afar. A small, dolphin-like Pokémon seemed to be floating short off the ground, barreling towards Alex’s trainer. A sound was picked up crinkling. He wasn’t moving and neither was Aurora. Upon closer inspection, this Pokémon was also in a diaper.
“Fleet! You’re doing good, right?” Damian asked, rubbing his side to which he leaned into his touch. “This is my Finizen, Fleet. Hope you guys would get along fine! He’s a bit hyper.”
‘Hi!’ The Finizen turned to face the two new faces in his life. ‘It’s so good to see you! You’ve got diapers too so you’re young just like me! I’m only three! But one day I’ll evolve big and strong!’ He spoke very, very quickly. Reading his thoughts, Alex found his thoughts mostly clouded by love for Damian, curiosity for them, and… food.
“Actually, I got someone else you should meet. She’s the last one, I promise! Just us three in this house, we kept it tight before I met you guys.” Damian fished a Pokéball from his pocket, this one sporting a heart on fire as the seal on top. Alex sensed a warm feeling coming from it.
Materializing at the click of a button was first four red paws, followed by a slender physique and six elegantly puffy tails. A tuft of fur on its head, and a telltale white diaper on its back confirmed to Alex that this was a Vulpix.
“Pixie, this is Aurora, the Bagon, and Alex, the Ralts. Guys, this is Pixie, my Vulpix.” Damian introduced.
Pixie walked up to Alex and he recoiled slightly before relaxing again. She sniffed curiously at him and stepped back.
‘You’re very small, Alex. I can tell you’re in need of being taken care of.’ She spoke, although sounding like a young girl, she had a tint of regality to herself.
Approaching Aurora, she did the same sniff-down, but greeted her with a smile.
‘Another girl! Nice to meet you! I’m so glad there’s a girl to talk to here. Fleet is too hyper, and I love Master, but he doesn’t get me sometimes.’ She said, six tails wagging behind her, causing her diaper to crinkle.
‘And I’m finally glad there’s another girl here too!’ Aurora said with a smirk. ‘Even if it’s some weird cat, girl talk is girl talk.’
‘I’m no cat, I’m a fox! A Vulpix! I’ll let it slide for now, but don’t go telling people I’m a cat or I’ll burn you a bit.’ Pixie teased, a small flame escaping from her maw.
‘I… should fill you in on some more Pokémon information.’ Alex muttered.
“Well, looks like no blood was shed and no fur was ripped out… so that’s a positive. Alex, you can talk to me with your psychic powers, but is it possible to allow them to do it, too?” Damian asked.
“I’ve never tried, but maybe.” Alex focused on his newfound powers and it seemed like second nature to him, relaxing his body completely to allow for focusing on his abilities. He felt a wave surround him and pushed it to expand further, until it surrounded the others around him.
“Mmn, that hurt…” Alex whined, “but it might’ve worked.”
“Well it’s good if it did! I’ve been dying to grill this kid on some serious questions!” Aurora said, and Damian’s eyes widened as he heard legible language come from the green Bagon’s maw.
“Impressive, Alex! I would think that young Psychics take time for this, but you got it right away!” He leaned over and held a hand out for a high-five to the Ralts, to which he accepted with a smile at the praise.
“Oop, bud, looks like all that concentrating got you going good, your diaper looks pretty wet.” Damian noted, and Alex blushed and looked down at himself. He had an accident without even knowing; the wetness line on his diaper now turned completely blue without a speck of yellow left. He stuck a paw to the front and cringed as it squished heavily and sagged under his bottom.
“W-what?” Alex stuttered, seeing his action match his apparent age and high-pitched voice. His diaper was thoroughly soaked and he figured if he pressed his paw on it for long, it’d be certain to leak.
Damian quickly took him up in his hands, holding him by his waist and walking over to a different room. Alex looked back as the Vulpix, Pixie, and Aurora, clearly adjusting, were sharing a chat with one another. Fleet seemed to have bounded off somewhere.
Alex’s world changed as he noticed his new room he was in; the Shiny Ralts noticing pastel blue colors, posters of what looked to be children’s cartoons, and what he was just laid down upon; a changing table.
He didn’t even notice as his diaper was untaped and his bottom cleaned, rather he was staring off at the walls or into his new trainer’s mind, which only leaked with efficiency.
He was taped up into a new diaper, seemingly his new ordinary for a time to come. Damian extended a hand to him and Alex was hoisted into his shoulders.
“You did good your first change, bud.” The young boy praised as they walked back to the living room. “You’ll get more used to it. That was Fleet’s room, as you could tell. Pixie’s is a lot more… princessy. And pink, so I thought you’d like his changing table more.” He ruffled the baby Ralt’s hair. “Matches your cool hairdo.”
Smiling, Alex felt at ease for once in this new world. He had to figure out a way to get out of here, and even to tell Damian of his plight, but for now, acclimation seemed the best course of current action. Not as though he had much of a choice, seeing as his wet diaper was truly a real accident that he had never felt coming since his own toddler days as a human.
He entered the familiar room again, being hoisted on his human’s shoulders, in time to witness Aurora clutching at her diaper with her stubbed paws, her eyes shut, and Alex felt worry for her, and delved into her mind.
‘N-no, I can hold it!’ The thought flooded Alex’s mind as it seemed like it failed, and he watched as his own eyes widened watching the Shiny Bagon wet herself helplessly beneath him. He wondered what he should be doing to help, but it seemed a bit too late for that, as she finished up wetting herself, her diaper’s yellow line now sufficiently blue like his once was.
“Hey, hey, it’s alright, no need to be too upset about it.” Damian said. “Your friend here just had an accident too, it’s really not a big deal.”
“B-but I’m potty trained! I’m not supposed to… have accidents…” Aurora’s voice rang clearly legible.
“Maybe so, but Fleet and Pixie are both trying to potty train too, and they have accidents plenty. That’s why I opt for diapers instead of something like pull-ups; when they have accidents, sometimes they just go so much that pull-ups just wo-“
“M-Master! Stop it!” Pixie’s brown fur blushed and Damian and Alex stifled a laugh, Damian reaching out to pet her gently.
“But that still doesn’t mean you’re any different, Aurora, you’ll just have to get used to it.” He said, Alex hopping off his perch while he stopped petting Pixie, to her dismay, and picked up the wet Bagon.
“Now, this’ll just be a moment.”
“Is it weird having a tail?” Alex asked, his voice sounding in Pokéspeak, as his powers did exhaust him. And this was a conversation he’d like not Damian to know, at least until they were ready.
“It’s like its always been there. If that makes sense? I mean, you can levitate things and read minds now, and all I can muster is a tail. I can’t even breathe fire and he calls me a dragon?” Aurora complained.
“Dragon-Type.” Alex corrected, and Aurora rolled her eyes.
“Same difference. Besides, I think the tail thing is a bit weird, especially when it highlights… those.”
Alex knew what she was referring to. Her diapers were fitted with a tail hole just as his diaper was, however the tail hole on his was shut. It seemed the tail had to poke slightly into it to activate it. Fleet and Pixie both needed it, so it seemed he was the odd one out.
But he was glad in some regards, as Aurora showed any movement of her tail caused the infantile garment to crinkle noticeably. Anyone nearby with good hearing would definitely know someone was still potty training.
Footsteps soon approached, and the pattering of careful paws followed, too. The two looked to see Damian and Pixie at the door.
“Hey you two, I was thinking making dinner in a bit, but how’s a battle sound? It’d be nice to get a scope of your abilities.”
“I don’t see an issue.” Alex said. “But can we keep it between us?”
“A bit battle-shy? That’s okay; it was what I was planning either way. Come on, let’s go!” Damian left to the backyard, his loyal fox and two newcomers following. Blurring past them all was a flash of blue.
“Alright, I’ll standby to keep it safe. If any of you need anything, don’t be afraid to ask and we can take a break.” Damian said. “Fleet will watch with me, and Pixie will take both of you on one at a time. Let’s start with Alex!” He gestured to the Ralts to step a bit forward on the small, grassy terrain.
“Whenever you’re ready, little guy!” Pixie goaded, and Alex internally scoffed.
‘Okay, I’ve got to have SOME moves right? Other than telekinesis?’
Alex focused his mind on the idle fox. Quickly, his mind ejected a pink wave from his horn, and it shot out and surrounded the fox. Pixie was unfazed and tilted her head at the attempt.
Quickly though, the waves turned sharp, as they psychically dug into her sides like phantom pains, causing her to yelp, but not stumble, instead staying strong.
‘Okay, not horrible! My turn, Alex!”
From her maw came a fireball, and it launched towards Alex. An Ember attack! He dodged two without difficulty, but soon a third took him head on. Aurora gasped on the side as he staggered a bit from the blow.
“Okay, that’s enough.” Damian said. “Come over here, Alex, and let’s see how Aurora does.”
His tail would be tucked under if he had one as he walked over to his trainer, looking defeated as he was. He didn’t stand a chance. As the battle started, Damian leaned over to him in a whisper.
“Don’t feel too bad, I trained her loads. She’s above the level of most Pokémon around here, even though she isn’t potty trained.” He encouraged.
“Go Pixie! Go get her!” Fleet encouraged. Alex must’ve spaced off in his now expansive mind.
The two on the field didn’t seem battered, but rather a bit tired. They both seemed adept at dodging from what he gathered from nearby minds, but focusing on his own, he felt a rumbling pressure he recognized.
“Damian? Can we take a break?” Alex asked, tugging his trainer’s pants. “I gotta… go potty.”
“Sounds like a good idea.” He agreed. “Guys, let’s pause for now and all go potty, I know you’d all have to go seeing as we’ve been out here half an hour.”
The four Pokémon bounded behind their trainer as they were led inside and walked towards the bathroom door, Fleet opened it and did his business quickly, letting Pixie in second to do hers.
Alex sensed his trainer cooking in the kitchen and grasped at his diaper bottom; he really had to go, and he did not feel like using it again if he could help it. It seemed like forever and he noticed Aurora begin to squirm and get jittery, potty dancing, so he knocked on the door.
“Pixiiiee! What’s taking so long?” Alex asked the fox.
“Don’t rush! I’m just finishing up! This diaper is hard to get back on with my tails!” She responded.
Eventually, water was heard as she washed her paws and the door jostled. Alex could feel his accident start to happen, but he turned to Aurora instead.
“G-go ahead, I can hold it, just go quick please!” And just as he finished, she rushed in and quickly shut the door.
‘I-I can’t…’ Alex whined. He let out a grunt loud enough to get Pixie’s attention, as she looked back to watch it happen. The Ralts put his paws on his knees and squatted down as his accident took over, the back of his diaper expanding to hold his mess as he pooped himself, shutting his eyes in straining embarrassment as his cheeks flushed a pink that contrasted his orange horn. Standing back up, not even his skirt hid the obvious diaper bulge that he had created. He felt tears pricking at his eyes, but also felt relieved to finally not have to go potty anymore, and also that at least his wife got to make it in time.
“Hehe! I knew you were just a little baby! Even I don’t go poopy in my diapers!” Pixie giggled, her trainer approaching from behind her and looking at Alex, sniffing the air.
“Aw, jeez… Alex.” Damian said, lifting the Ralts’ skirt to check the damage on his diaper. “Let’s get ya changed, buddy.”
“You pooped in your diaper? I thought you were gonna hold it! You should’ve went instead of me, then!” Aurora said. The two were set in a small bed by the foot of Damian’s own bed. The spare room wasn’t setup quite yet.
“As long as you got to, it’s fine.” Alex assured. “Let’s just get some sleep for today.”
“Okay… as long as you’re fine with it. I’m beginning to think you like being a baby Pokémon.” She teased.
“You don’t? Think about it… today wasn’t so bad. And in the future we just get stronger with more friends, no responsibility.”
“You’re right, it wasn’t horrible. And no taxes!” Aurora joked.
“Yeah. Starting a new life here wouldn’t be so bad, right?” asked Alex. The two shards a yawn and shut their eyes.
“So long as I have you, I think I’ll be fine no matter where or who I am.”

{SHES OVER THERE}
Grasping his toddler-sized head, his hand grazed against his head into a pink horn in the front.
“Funny. I was thinking the same thing.”
Soon, sleep overtook them both.
