Description:
Cobalt hailed from the American community in Satsuma, Kagoshima, Japan, but left to New York when he turned 18 and up for college. However, during his second term, he got the news about the failed invasion on the Californian city of Santo Tomas by the new Brisa Creek empire of beavers, in which it was thanks to Super Soldiers, a bunch of recruits with mostly little military experience who underwent muscle training from the MALAKAS Project. After finishing his first semester, he went on a break set until next year, but not without the permission from his parents still residing in Japan, allowing himself to sign up for the project.
Once he arrived at the mountain base just a mile away from Santo Tomas after two weeks, he was assigned to train under the new instructor August Tarantino, who was specialized with melee weaponry and personal shielding. In span of few months, Cobalt had been training, both in physical activity and with a pair of very hardened but flammable cobalt cylinder-headed hammers, as his flaming tail proved to be both a effective weapon and a damning addictive to another. Such that extended to other weapons such as a sharpened wooden javelin. Initially, he also came with a skateboard just in case of leisure at his free time, but then he could use it as his support in swift attacks, though ocassionally he could use one hoverboard (that someone ordered specifically for him) to spice things up.
Satisfied after becoming a Super Soldier with a temporary Juggernaut ability, Cobalt wished to become an instructor like August, and such this request was granted, long enough to almost fill up the rest of his year-long break.
